Pros: Nice apartment, lots of amenities in the complex, good location, host was very communicative and responsive.Cons: no blow dryer, kitchen minimally stocked, parking is extra and didn’t see that in the listing.

Thanks for your stay. I am sorry that you didnt see the blow dryer in the cabinet where we house it. Also parking is listed as street parking as a option and or paid parking. We also ask our guest, is there anything you need during the stay periodically. Also we confirm with the guest will you like to choice free parking or paid parking. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication there.

Pool green, out of service. No shampoo o bodywash.Good communication at the beginning but later on she took longer to answer when we needed things. We stayed outside 10 minutes because the lock wouldn't open the door. Until she answered and unlocked it remotely. The apt is great and also the location. My experience with other apos included even laundry detergent, not here.

Thanks for your stay. Unfortunately the app has a glitched to the point the messages has a delay. But the place was stocked with shampoo and bodywash but they where in the cabinet stored away. I am sorry that this wasn't visible to be able to use. I know there was a concern about the blow dyer that was in the same place as the other supplies were that I was messaged twice to locate. The door has a automatic lock that locks behind you within 2 minutes as you leave the property. This is for the guest safety. Which i wasn't aware of the door being locked because we are not notified due to the pin is the guest choice until they check out. We as a company try to respond to all of your request as soon as possible no matter, how many times that you reach out to us. The pool had routine maintenance that needs to be done for the guest safety monthly. Laundry detergent was also included in the house in the closet. Sorry that I couldn't answer a couple of texts due to the glitch, but the majority of your concerns I had a pleasure responding to.
