This well appointed large home is ideally located just minutes from Cornell, Ithaca College, restaurants and downtown. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in a bright, spacious, clean and newer home - then look no further. The deck has new patio furniture, BBQ grill and a dining table. The private fire pit is a great way to relax in the evening. Flat parking for up to 6+ cars makes it great for larger groups. We have hosted guests for years and know you will enjoy your stay.

This welcoming home has high ceilings and lots of natural light. Here are just a few of the homes features:
-Multi zoned heating/cooling system
-Chefs kitchen with Wolf appliances
-Seating for 4-6 in the eat in kitchen
-Multiple living/family rooms
-Seating for 8 in the dinning room
-Large Flat screen TV in the family room - 70 inches

-1.5 acres of land - very private - nice fire pit area!

This is fantastic property and the host was AMAZING! This is a beautiful home in an excellent neighborhood with plenty of parking.The host was terrific to work with and when we arrived, there were fresh flowers, a chilled bottle, and a plate of brownies. The house was fresh and clean, with comfortable beds and lovely furnishings. He even had a fire ring, with wood and kindling if we wanted to sit around the fire at night.There were 8 of us attending a Cornell graduation, and everyone was loved the house and enjoyed our stay.Thank you Craig for helping us make wonderful memories!Lynne

Wonderful graduation weekend

A very welcoming and comfortable place to stay, this house is conveniently located for college and university graduations. Just outside of town, it is the perfect place for the family to gather to celebrate the graduate’s accomplishments. A lovely deck and large grill, with plenty of comfortable seats for the grandparents, made it unnecessary to fight for seats at restaurants. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
