About this property

Newly remodeled modern 1-bedroom condo in gated community walkable to El Paseo

Make yourself at home in this fabulous well appointed 1-bedroom Palm Desert retreat. This newly remodeled condo features 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub), and convenient amenities like Heat/AC, and WiFi. There is an outdoor patio on a green belt. 2 large-screen smart TVs.

This condo is a part of The Shadow Mountain Resort. However, because it's rented outside of their own rental program, GUESTS OF THIS UNIT ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE LARGE POOL OR TENNIS/PICKLE BALL COURTS per HOA rules. You WILL have access to several HOA pools on the property.

NO CHILDREN UNDER 14 YRS OLD. (We are sorry and love kids but it has now twice been trashed by families who did not disclose they had small children).

5 DAY minimum stay required.

NOTE: THERE IS NO SMOKING IN OR NEAR THIS PROPERTY. Owners are allergic to cigarette smoke so SMOKERS SHOULD NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. If you are in the desert to party with friends, we hope you have an amazing time! BUT, our place is not for you. This is a quiet, gated community and many neighbors live there full time. Thank you for understanding.

Parking for one car is provided in a marked spot for the unit across from the front door in a covered carport. There is additional parking further away from the unit in unmarked spots. The unit is in a gated community and is a short walk to world class El Paseo shopping and dining. The Living Desert is just up the road as well as hiking trails galore!
