This classic Maine house boasts 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep a large group (maximum 12 people), making it ideal for families or groups. Just a short walk to either Long Sands Beach or Short Sands Beach, and minutes from local shops and restaurants, the location ensures you're never far from your next adventure. 

The first floor includes a large living room with plenty of couch space and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, dining room, and deck access to a large outdoor dining area with gas grill. There is also a wonderful front porch to sit and watch the action going by the house!

The second floor includes four bedrooms and a full bathroom, and the lower (walkout to the backyard/driveway) level has a large sleeping area with an additional full bathroom (the W/D is located on the lower level).

This house offers two amazing amenities that are hard to come by so close to the beaches - plenty of parking (driveway is located in the back of the house) and a HUGE yard with fire pit! This is a great place to play yard games or unwind by the fire after a sun-kissed day at the beach.

Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi,  fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a shed with beach chairs/beach cart/yard games - all designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Dive into the heart of York and make unforgettable memories.
