A pool waiver is required before access. Pool heating is $80/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month); spa heating is complimentary; the pool warms to a maximum of 82F.

The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.



Self check-in is 4pm; check-out 11am; early/late by 2 hours is $75 when available.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am, no amplified music.



Parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 driveway, 2 street).



No pets at this home.
