The location of this property is perfect! We love the homes close proximity to downtown Bonita Springs as well a Bonita Beach. The home is additionally convenient to both Naples and Fort Myers.
What makes this property unique
The home is been freshly updated with brand new floors, quartz counters, extensive bathroom and kitchen updates. The bedroom furnishings are brand new (November 2024) with all remaining home furnishings and finishes purchased within the most recent 2 years.
The owner takes pride in keeping the home well maintained and in pristine condition.
The Neighborhood is quiet and walkable to so many wonderful restaurants, cafes and attractions.
