The Space

Inside our 1,600 sq ft home, you’ll find a spacious living area with a big, comfortable sofa to kick back and relax while you watch the game on the large flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen (set up by Chef Fred) is perfect to whip up your culinary favorites. Step out back to our fully fenced yard with covered patio, grill, and grassy area—perfect for lounging and relaxing in warmer months. Private garage parking makes it easy to load and unload gear for your next adventure.

For business travelers, the dedicated work desk and speedy WiFi have you covered. After work, take a peaceful stroll through the tree-lined neighborhood or visit nearby Foothill Drive district for great dining, shopping, and entertainment.

At night, retreat to one of the three dreamy bedrooms: two with king-sized beds and one with a cozy queen. Each room is designed for ultimate relaxation after a full day of adventure.

➢ Note: Our home is a mid-century, split-level style duplex, with stairs inside. The units are well insulated for sound, so you likely won’t hear the neighbors.
