This ocean front property is situated on 2 acres of an 8 acre family compound. There are amazing, unobstructed ocean views, a swimming cove, and room for multiple families. This completely charming 300 year old Cape has ship's timbers for its floors and ceilings and has been recently renovated. There is swimming & fishing right from the property, or it's a short walk to both Easton's & 2nd Beaches. Downtown Newport, a 5 minute drive, can be close enough or feel far away. A large Studio room with its own kitchen and bath can accommodate kids, teens & cousins. Even the outdoor shower has a killer view. Sleeps 8

Our cousins own the other 3 neighboring houses; ours is 'The Little House' in the center of this photo on the Family compound. There's no better place to spend time with family & friends!
