Everything was great except that this place uses an electronic front lock that was running out of battery and we nearly got locked out. Highly recommend given the host replaces the batteries :)

Thank you for your stay and for sharing this helpful feedback. I’m glad to hear everything else was great, and I truly appreciate you letting me know about the front door lock. We have already replaced the batteries to ensure future guests have a smooth, worry‑free check‑in. Your recommendation means a lot, and you’re always welcome back.

We stayed at the Wintergreen Condos in The Blue Mountains as a family of five along with my father-in-law, and it was perfect for our group. The unit was very spacious, clean, and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the open layout, which gave everyone plenty of room to relax after a day out. Being walking distance to the village was a huge plus easy access to shops, dining, and activities without needing the car. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed here over March Break with a group of 8, and while the location is hard to beat, the overall experience didn’t come close to justifying the price.Pros:The unit is spacious and works well for a larger group. The location is excellent — very close to the village and ski hills, which made getting around easy.Cons:The cleanliness was below expectations — it felt like only a quick surface clean had been done. There is also noticeable wear and tear throughout, and the unit feels like a high-turnover rental rather than a well-maintained property. The biggest issue, though, was the fire alarm repeatedly going off during our stay. This was extremely disruptive, especially with kids, and made it hard to relax. We tried contacting the rental company multiple times by phone and email, but received no response and no support. That level of service is unacceptable. For the premium March Break pricing, we expected a much higher standard across the board. The value simply isn’t there.
