This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom country home is located just 25 minutes from downtown Ottawa. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, and essential items. The basement offers plenty of space for kids to play.

In summer, enjoy the pool and the outdoor courtyard terrace.

GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to the entire home except the garage. Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood.

Within a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk, you`ll find a grocery store, cheese shop, restaurants, ice cream shop (summer), hardware store, library, clinic, and more. A bus stop is located 800 metres from the house.

THINGS TO DO
There is an arena in the village of Perkins, with indoor public skating at certain times of year. A children`s playground is accessible when there is no snow, about a 4-minute drive.

Canoes and kayaks, including life jackets, can be rented at Lake McGregor at the Pélissier Ecological Park. The boat launch ramp is also available for motorboats for a fee, about a 13-minute drive.

A public beach is available at the municipal beach on Lake St. Pierre, about an 18-minute drive.

The Nakkertok Nord site offers cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails in winter and hiking trails in summer. Please note that dogs are allowed on only one ski trail in winter. About a 14-minute drive. Hiking trails are also available at Denholm Falls Park, about a 33-minute drive.

Gatineau Park is accessible via the Chelsea Visitor Centre, about a 30-minute drive.
