Good but could use some improvements

We Five family of friends stayed comfortably in this property. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms with a good backyard and driveway to park atleast 6 cars. Only big problem was the HVAC which didn’t work properly (no AC) and we ended up not getting any sleep for 2 nights. Jeff was very responsive and arranged a HVAC technician but unfortunately the issue was not resolved. Also, the window blinds were not covering the whole windows and hence allowing early morning sunlight into the rooms which was another small problem. Overall, a good place to stay with families and kids . Our stay could have been perfect had the AC was working properly.

This house is PERFECT for a large group of people. The house is clean, well maintained and the beds are surprisingly very comfortable. The backyard is spacious and has a firepit, Weber BBQ and seating.The location of the home is fantastic. It is close to everything and is in a nice established, clean and safe neighborhood. There was plenty of parking with the two driveways and in front of the house. We had a party of 13 and there was plenty of space for everyone. Even if you’ve got 16 people, there’s plenty of room. We never felt cramped or crowded in the least. The house is a tri level home with full living quarters on each level. Even at full capacity, people who want privacy to take a nap, chill etc, have the space to do so on this property. Jeff, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with and was responsive which made the stay at his property that much more enjoyable. To anyone looking for a place to accommodate a large party, I feel extremely comfortable recommending it. You never know what you’re actually getting through pictures, but this property exceeded our expectations and for our needs perfectly. If we’re ever in Reno with a large group again, I would immediately book this property.
