Beautiful 5 Bedroom home with many extras. Location is perfect with wide life guarded beach, amazing sunsets plus views of the ocean and bay! The garage is setup for fun and hanging out with couches, tv, wet bar, fridge plus a dual tap CO2 keg refrigerator. This leads to a spacious fenced in back yard with patio furniture and private outdoor shower. Entering the home, the first floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 with private covered fiberglass decks and Adirondack chairs for morning coffee. Three bedrooms feature queen beds and the fourth is a double over double bunk bed (sleeps 4). This floor has 2 full baths and laundry. TVs in each bedroom all streaming. The top floor living area features a gorgeous great room with a half bath, tall ceilings, gas fireplace, tv and hardwood floors throughout the kitchen, dining room and living room. This cooks kitchen is equipped for entertaining with a bonus wet bar and wine refrigerator. The top fiberglass deck is partially covered for sun and shade options with high top seating for 10. The rear of the top floor is the 5th en-suite master bedroom with queen bed, full bath, high ceilings and private deck with chairs. Beach chairs are included and you will love this location, close to everything beach, promenade, restaurants, ice cream, park/playground, new kayak launch & fishing pier.

What a place! Super house!

We have never stayed in Sea Isle before and weren't sure what to expect. We couldn't have been happier! From the service we received from Kristie at Tim Kerr's to the beautiful house to the perfect location--this was a wonderful vacation.We went with my family and a couple of my kids' friends. (All teens) The location is perfect so they can walk to the ice cream shop, there are restaurants nearby, the grocery store is like 2 blocks away, quick walk to the beach and easy to get to the Promenade.The house was great! So clean and nice--I loved how there were places for everyone to hang out & not allBe in the same area. The teens loved watching TV & playing games in the garage. We enjoyed morning coffee on the covered deck and then hanging out in the family room. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, beach chairs...they had it all. We are sold on SIC and will definitely go back to this house. I highly recommend Tim Kerr's & this house!
