This luxury beachfront property features sweeping views of the beach, Avalon bridge and boat traffic. A corner lot on a quiet no-traffic road just steps from the beach. Amenities include: wifi, central air, fully equipped kitchen with icemaker, dishwasher & garbage disposal, three cable TVs (including a 46" flatscreen), private outdoor shower, ample off street parking, garage available for storage (bikes, wagons, beach chairs, etc.), washer/dryer in unit, and four bedrooms/two bathrooms. Sleeps 8.

The quite Townsend Inlet area of Sea Isle City is within walking distance of a beachside playground on 85th Street, upscale restaurants, deli and convenience store on 86th street, and a marina with parasailing and boat rentals on 88th Street.

The Townsend Inlet section of Sea Isle is a short ride away from amusements, golf, water parks, the Cape May County zoo, and casinos and shows in Atlantic City.

This home is a Top/Bottom Duplex. Rental is for the upper floor, which is up two flights of stairs. Ground level has parking, storage for tenants' bikes & beach equipment, private outdoor shower)

High Chair available upon request.

While tenants are responsible for cleaning the unit (sweeping, wiping, emptying trash, etc, unless choosing the additional cleaning fee of $175), we hire a service between each tenant who will ensure that the house is cleaned and disinfected for every guest.

A Perfect! Getaway in Uncertain Times

First and foremost, Jakob Mortensen is a top notch property manager! Clear directions, prompt replies, and just a pleasure all around doing business with. The property was clean, well stocked with supplies, and those views... WOW, those views. If you like the idea of direct access to a remote section of NJ beach, the sound of the ocean all day long, or spotting dolphins as they play in the surf, this is definitely the place for you! Although we visited during the COVID pandemic, rest assured that the neighborhood is a friendly, family-oriented destination with plenty to offer outside the typical restaurant going and shopping. I grew up spending time at many NJ beaches and this was the most memorable to date. If a recommendation is what you've been searching for, you just got it, 100%.

Owner was Very Helpful

We arrived at the unit and it was not cleaned from the previous renters. We called the number of the point person and he answered the phone immediately. He apologized and got his sister to the unit in 30 minutes. She was very nice and apologized and cleaned the unit. We forget a set of king sized sheets and she found us a set of sheets to use for the week. The reason the unit was not cleaned was the cleaning company had missing the unit that day. We are returning to the unit next year because we know if something is wrong, it will be fixed.

Location is amazing! The property was clean and roomy for 2nd floor living. The lower apartment was rented as well and was quite loud at times. A bit dated but location to the beach made up for it all. Communication with owner was exceptional! Would definitely rent again.

This property has the best views in SIC. We could directly see the ocean and the inlet for our deck. The condo was large and the rooms were a good size. Our only complaint was the master room bed...too hard for my wife and I to get a good night's sleep. Other than that the place meet our expectations.

There were 4 adults and a 10-year-old who spent 4 days at the unit. We loved the couches across from one another in the living room. We've stayed at other places where there were not enough seats for the number of people the place held in both the living room and dining room. Bedrooms were small but served their purpose.

Why they chose this property

We had been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for generations and decided to purchase in Townsend Inlet for its easy access to activities, restaurants and retail, while being in a less crowded, more family-friendly end of town. Our home is the perfect spot for families; a quick walk to everything from take-out to fine dining, convenience stores to surf shops, parasailing to playgrounds.

We have continuously renovated and updated this home. You will find it meticulously maintained and well-equipped. The open layout with a sunny deck to enjoy the views is the perfect place to bring your family together.

What makes this property unique

The location is unmatched! The panoramic views of the waves, boat traffic and drawbridge against the Avalon skyline are spectacular. The beachfront, corner lot location on a semi-private road services just 3 homes. Take your pick: to the left, the guarded beach offers strolling ice cream and waves, to the right, more solitude and great fishing on the inlet.
