This property is fantastic. The bedrooms are all themed and outfitted perfectly. The kitchen has a 10 foot island for group eating and sitting area for visiting. The swimming pool is really nice with plenty of seating for relaxing. The pool has a motorized cover which keeps the pool nice and warm. The hot tub and sauna are just fabulous. The property is close to saguatuck and is easy to get to. The host was very accessible though we didn’t really have any reason to contact him. Our group of 14 had a fabulous time and memories to last a lifetime.

Overall, the house was perfect for the occasion that we were celebrating. The layout of the rooms work perfect with my parents who are older were able to stay on the first floor master. We had some issues with check-in and also the pool heater not working, which then got fixed by the next day.For those who like display outdoor sports, you’re not allowed to in the front yard, which the kids were a little bit disappointed as they wanted to play volleyball outsideThe mosquitoes and flies got really bad in the backyard and then came into the house. The house was able to send some citronella candles to help.We asked for a late checkout on Sunday and thought that had been granted since no one is renting that day however, we were told that it wasn’t and we had to be out which we were a bit disappointed

Anup was the most demanding, difficult to communicate with guests we have ever had. We had to send our staff to cater to his needs and questions 4 times and yet he continued texting me late at night with questions. The checkout time for the property is clearly listed on the web site and we were able to allow Anup a slightly later checkout, but not until noon like he requested because we had a cleaning crew scheduled.

We had a great stay with our large family group. The house is large and well divided with lots of separate spaces so kids can play in the game room or watch a movie while grandparents read upstairs or outside, etc. The decor is eclectic and artistic - a refreshing change from your typical neutral-greige everywhere. En-suite baths and king beds meant that adults could sleep comfortably while the kids had a 'sleepover' in the bunk room. Pool and pickleball were great for outdoor recreation and the kids were never bored. A large, well-stocked (pots/pans/dishes, etc) kitchen with a separate pantry and extra refrigerator was more than ample for our meal prep. There were several reminders - print and in comms - about the noise policy. Quiet hours at night, outside music, etc. Nothing onerous; wasn't an issue for us and I don't think we ran afoul of it, but got the sense it had been a challenge with other groups. Overall, would strongly recommend it as a great place for a large or multi-family gathering.

Absolutely beautiful home and a wonderful layout. We had 9 adults and 7 kids and never felt cramped. There are plenty of things to do at home, but also not too far to the beach or other local attractions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Everything was as described and in good working order. House had a lot of attention to detail. Plenty of room for our guests. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negative thing was no fault of the homeowner, we were there in early spring and nearby farm had fertilized, making the outdoor area not smell great. I am sure that was just unlucky timing. The house was beautiful.

We had an amazing summer vacation at this home! We've been to many homes over the course of many summers, and this one may have been the best. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had cool amenities that the kids loved. The host was extremely gracious with us and communicated clearly and timely, and even went above and beyond when we had certain unexpected needs.

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful home. The pool, pickleball court, and hot tub were wonderful, as were the kitchen, theater room, and large living room. Evgeny was so quick to respond to all of our questions. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed it so much that we have already booked it again next year!

What an amazing house!! Extremely clean, lots of room, and every bedroom had its own bathroom and television. The house is beautifully decorated with a huge kitchen - 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, butler's pantry, huge island which also serves as the dining table, and well equipped. We loved the in-home theater, pool, sauna, and hot tub plus so much more. Lots of room for our group of 10 and lots to do in the area. We would definitely recommend renting this home to anyone with a large group and would consider renting it again for our group. Our host was awesome and very responsive to any questions.

House and spectacular features was beyond creative. This literally was the best for family groups. Kids loved cool loft beds. In house entertainment, video games, pickle ball court plus kid friendly pool. All were used with great joy and happiness. Chef’s kitchen well equipped. We brought in a chef and she made party sized meal enough for twenty Location was peaceful with fruit and vineyards and entertainment nearby. Kids picked buckets of blueberries from local farm. Very cute. Highest accolades for this. Host!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. There were 18 of us ranging from 66 to 4 years old. The house was as pictured and comfortably accommodated us. This home provided many extras in comparison to other homes we have rented (this was our 9th family vacation). We appreciated that there was seating indoors and outdoors to for us all to gather. The commercial sized refrigerator and extra full sized refrigerator/freezer, separate ice maker, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, coffee, popcorn, large butlers pantry, full sized body wash, shampoo and conditioner in all bathrooms, beach towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and stain spray were all over and above what is provided in typical rentals. There were also more than enough plates, cups, glasses, bowls, pots and pans, silverware and dish towels and dish clothes to accommodate our group. There was something to entertain everyone indoors with the theater room, games room, games and puzzles and outdoors with the pool, pickleball, sauna, hot tub and corn hole, bonus was the outdoor bathroom! The beds were very comfortable as was the other furniture. The design was well thought out and the entire home decorated uniquely. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a short walk to Modales Winery. It is a short drive to Saugatuck Dunes State Park and South Haven and we really enjoyed both. Check in was easy and communication was excellent!

First and foremost, the host was amazing in whatever I needed done or with any questions. I can’t emphasize that enough. The property was beautiful. We had an amazing vacation. Loved all the specially designed bedrooms. The ‘secret room’ was big hit with all the kids. The house, pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. I have stayed in many VRBO’s through the years and this one tops them all. The host had any essential you would need for daily needs of kitchen and bathrooms. We didn’t need to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap or garbage bags. It was provided for the week. The host had a bottle of a local wine (which was delicious) with two wine glasses setting out for us. We later found the wine at a local farmers market. We went into saugatuck a couple of days. We drove up to Holland to see a movie the one day it rained. The only thing I can say I would add to stay is a trash can out in back. Other than that, it was perfect. Thanks again Evgeny for a great family vacation.
