amazing place at an affordable price

I would definitely recommend the villa. We stayed (a family with 4 yo twins) in an apartment on the second floor for a month (20 June-20July) -- low season felt like the highest.. The location is great (the house is situated literally on the beach) the owner is very friendly and caring, his assistant (living downstairs) goes beyond to help.. The rooms are spacious and the terrace with a barbecue area and outdoor jacuzzi makes up for high tide days and limited number of restaurants in the area. It shouldn't be your first choice if you are party animal cause the layout of the villa means total privacy from other travellers, otherwise don't miss out this place!
