Bring the whole family to this private pool home near the beach! Stunning heated pool and hot tub spa with patio, grill, large screened porch, and large fenced in yard. Bikes, boogie boards and games to keep you entertained. Four comfortable bedrooms, large family room with additional sleeping space and smart tv, living room, modern kitchen, two dining areas, and plenty of additional indoor and outdoor space to chill. Wake up in the morning and enjoy reading a book in the screened in porch overlooking the pool and tropical plants. Walking distance to the beach (1/2 mile) or 3 minute drive w/free parking, and restaurants.

The Space

This modern beach home features 4 bedrooms (7 beds), 3 full baths, an updated kitchen with bar and large dining area, two large gathering areas including a living room and a family room with games and a large flat screen tv for movie nights, a huge screened in porch with additional dining area and large sitting area with bbq gas grill. Laundry room with washer and dryer is also provided. This is a very special layout and perfect for a family or group vacation.

The Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: king bed with private bath. Bedroom 2: queen bed, Bedroom 3: three twin beds. Bedroom 4: queen bed. Bedrooms 1 has private bath, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bath, and bedroom 4 uses the third full bath. All bedrooms have dressers and closets. Family room has pull out queen bed and an air mattress for additional sleeping space. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. Note there are stairs to access the bedrooms.

Pool & Spa/Hot Tub

The heated pool is very private and available anytime. The Spa/Hot Tub is also available for your use and is heated to 102 degrees F.

The Area

Located just 60 minutes from Orlando Airport, recreation is literally everywhere around you! The beach is a short 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk. Surfing, boating, kayaking, paddleboard launch etc all within 3 minute drive. Tennis courts 5 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenient grocery store is just a 5 minute drive. Or take in one of the many rocket launches right from the yard, or head to the nearby Kennedy Space Center for an exciting tour. Such a great spot!

Guest access

You will have access to the entire house and property except for the garage. Driveway can fit 4 vehicles.

Outdoor quiet hours are 9pm - 7am. There is a city ordinance and this is STRICTLY ENFORCED. Violators will be asked to leave with no refunds.

The house met our needs exactly and Matt was a terrific host. All the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped (but bring your own pans if you don't like Teflon), the pool and hot tub were wonderful as was the back porch. The neighborhood was quiet and there were lots of things to do in the area. We would love to come again.

Hot tub and pool both very clean. Kitchen had necessary items to cook family meals. Beds were comfortable. Close to many beaches, Disney and lots of local eats. Longdoggers was our fav! The Surfin Turtle was a great local ice cream shop.

The house was perfect for our family (grandparents, children and grandchildren) vacation - lots of room for everyone. The kids especially loved the pool. Kitchen was furnished with everything needed for cooking. Beds were clean and comfortable. The biggest surprise for us was the extra supplies furnished - enough to last the entire week (paper supplies, dish-hand-laundry soap, shampoo) - what an extra plus! It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but close enough to get to the beach easily. Matt was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend.

60th Anniversary family gathering

This house was perfect for our family gathering for our aunt and uncles 60th wedding anniversary weekend. Their actual party was at a venue 5 minutes away but there was 8 of us who stayed at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was plenty of room to hang out outside and inside! The host was wonderful at communicating with me! I would recommend this place and definitely stay again!

Nice beach house close to everything!!

Great house for couples! Nicely renovated tri-level home! We enjoyed watching TV in the comfortable family room, relaxing in the hot tub every evening under the stars, drinking our morning coffee on the screened in porch, and playing cards on the porch in the evenings (after our hot tub soak!)We enjoyed walking to the beach (20 minutes), exploring nearby Gleason Park, and watching the rocket launches from nearby Cape Canaveral.The owner was very accessible and responsive to any questions or issues that arose. We had an issue with the smoke alarms randomly sounding. Matt responded quickly, replaced the units and resolved the problem. If you are looking for a nice property close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood, this is your place!

Great Place for Challenge Cup!

The house was perfect for 9 of us. Close to USSSA Space Coast, enough beds for all of us, hot tub, pool, and laundry! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, etc that you will need. Toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, and microwave. The house even had additional items that you normally have to purchase, like a few extra toilet paper rolls, coffee filters, Dawn, towels for the pool, etc. That was extremely helpful.The host was very responsive and helpful. "Check in" was super easy, aka, I received a message the day of providing the pin to get into the house and that was it. Check out was just as easy and didn't require much - take out the trash and start the dishwasher. Will definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful. We loved that towels were supplied and the kitchen was utilized to the fullest. We requested to come in earlier if possible so I understand trying to accommodate our requests but there could have been some more sweeping done for the sand in the home and the base of toilets needed a wipe down. Other than that the house was clean. Please note if you are not from Florida and the unit is not turned on well in advance to your arrival, it will be hot in the house until sun down. Roughly (79) until it had time to cool overnight. The host is quick to respond and if there are any issues, he sends a friend over to exam and assist if possible. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. It’s also nice to only do the bare minimum before living. No deep cleaning necessary but we did our best to make sure the house was presentable and sheets were stripped before checking out. This is a newer rental, I was told and you learn as you go. Overall our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.
