Everything about this residence is top of the line, first class and immaculately clean. Featuring stunning 180 degree postcard-perfect views of the Championship Golf Course at PGA National Golf Club. We rent only to responsible guests who want the best of Palm Beach in a quiet, quality environment.

Completely renovated in the summer of 2023, this residence features brand new furniture, floor coverings and accessories. The designer kitchen is all new and perfect for private dining or entertaining. The mattress are new and extremely comfortable with 500 thread count sheets and linens. New TV's in all bedrooms and the living room with High Speed WIFI throughout the residence. Spectacular private terrace features golf course and water views.

GOLF CLUB AND RESORT AMENITIES NOT AVAILABLE.

The residence is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks on the property and great restaurants are just minutes from the condo. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the condo; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the condo. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away.

Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, I need to register it and you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee.

It was decorated modern with a fresh feel and flow. Appliances were updated, the washer and dryer were so quiet you could barely hear them running. We loved our time here.

My family and I stayed for just over a week and had zero issues. The location is convenient and scenic. The unit is very well stocked and very clean. Our group was 4 adults and one toddler and cleanliness was super important. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!

The location is very nice and convenient, within PGA National. Check in and check out was easy, and the property management team was very helpful during the stay. The condo unit was nice and spacious to fit a family of 4 and my mother-in-law easily.

We came in for the Cognizant Classic. Property was located very close to where the tournament took place. We had a wonderful stay! Property has been recently remodeled and was very clean. The screened in patio overlooking the golf course made for a nice and peaceful location. It also has a great little pool area which is located too far away. Thank you for the excellent vacation!

Appreciate the provision of shampoo, body wash, beach towels - a couple of beach chairs available would've been great to take to the beach. The pool was lovely - glad we were there BEFORE it was closed for repairs. Beds were very comfortable. One suggestion on the master shower door--leaks in the bottom corner. A huge complex - very well manicured - we don't golf, but loved watching those that do from the porch. Would liked to have checked out the restaurant on campus for breakfast, but didn't know what that process entails?Had a great stay!

Peaceful retreat

The golf villa has a lovely view of the golf course, both from the living room and the screened-in porch. The interior has been recently remodeled, and the rooms are simple, comfortable and clean. Getting in and out of the PGA National development was easy. Lots of restaurants and shops within a few minutes' drive. Most nearby streets have sidewalks, which made for peaceful morning and evening walks. Perfect size for two or three people; although there are three bedrooms, the small size of the third bedroom and the limited living space (one sectional sofa and a dining table) could make the villa feel small for four adults or a family of five or more.

The unit is in a quiet and scenic community. We had an 8, 13 , 14 yr old with us for a baseball tournament, the condo had enough room for all of us. Very clean and easy to manage thru the weekend. Publix close by, as well as pretty much anything you need for a week. Last year, for the same tournament, we stayed closer to the beach and the area was not nearly as safe. I could of left my windows down in the car overnight and probably would of been ok, you cant say that for any of the same priced units outside of this community within Palm Island baseball park.

A 5 star experience

My husband & I stayed at this property for 2 weeks. It was clean and comfortable and we were really happy with the accommodations. We spent a lot of time out on the lanai overlooking the golf course. It's a bottom unit of a two-story condo complex and it was pretty quiet luckily. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with appliances and cookware, but just know there is nothing besides salt and pepper in the cabinets, which is fine, it's just good to know what to pack ahead of time if you plan on cooking a lot. It was a stone's throw from the community pool which was nice. The beds were all comfortable. There were a lot of great restaurants nearby, I'm not sure we even made a dent in what was around. We had one very minor issue with a shower drain but the manager is very accessible and was right on it. Communication was never a problem - very pleasant and prompt. Not much else to say - the condo is spacious and was more than enough room for the two of us....I will say it's a 3 bedroom unit so while it was great for the two of us, if you had 6 adults in there, I'm not sure where you would all sit b/c there is only 1 couch. Could maybe use another piece of furniture in the living space and a little better lighting. It is not the same as the white couch depicted in the picture - it's a smaller, grey sectional. The other thing worth mentioning is it doesn't have beach chairs or umbrella. I made the incorrect assumption that all Florida rentals had beach chairs! Not a demerit, I just wish I had known that cause I would have brought my own. But it was overall a 5 star experience! Highly recommend.

Long stay

The unit is old and worened out for it’s price. Wash and dry machines are very old. The neighborhood is quite . It is too calm and can be boring for families with children but good if you want space from the city. The unit manager is very quick with her response when you ask something. Overall, it is good location if you have a car. We had a conflict with the owner for checking out 3 days earlier since I gave birth earlier then planned, but could not get our money back. Because of this experience after staying nearly 2,5 months at the unit, we will not come back to stay again.
