SALTWATER HARMONY is a cozy and beautifully furnished first-floor condo in the Shipyard at the Truman Annex, an exclusive gated community located in the heart of Old Town Key West. You'll be just steps from Mallory Square, Duval Street and all of Key West's major attractions, and yet you'll have all of the peace and quiet that comes with a gated community.

THE LIVING AREA...

The living room of SALTWATER HARMONY has large French doors that open to your own back porch so you can enjoy those wonderful tropical breezes, and a Hi-Def flat screen TV for those evenings when you need a break from the excitement of Old Town. The back porch is surrounded by lush tropical foliage. There's a dining table on the porch that seats 4, and there is also dining for four inside at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line appliances and will satisfy the most demanding chef.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS...

• Master Bedroom: King bed, flat screen TV and overhead fan.

• Second Bedroom: Two Twins OR One King bed, flat screen TV, and overhead fan.

The shared hall bathroom has a glass shower.

THE COMMUNITY POOL and FORT ZACHARY TAYLOR STATE PARK...

The community pool is right around the corner, with plenty of chaise lounges. There is a cabana with restrooms for your convenience. Fort Zachary Taylor Park is less than a half mile away, with the prettiest beach in Key West.

Compliance with Truman Annex Community Rules & Regulations is expected of all Last Key guests. This includes “Quiet Time” in all outdoor areas, public and private, after 10PM.

• Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.

A very nice place to stay

Enjoyed our stay for the week of the offshore powerboat races. Well kept place with full amenities. Wish there was a 1/2 bath to accommodate 4 adults in addition to the full bath. Other than that, a clean nice place to stay.

Great accommodations in paradise

Family stay at Saltwater Harmony

This condo was just the right size for a family of 4! It gave us a place to relax while being located a short walk from the Beach at Fort Zachary Taylor, Mallory Square, and Duval Street. The grounds were well kept and the condo came with all we needed for an enjoyable stay. The beach chairs and wagon were a wonderful touch.

Hard to find, great place

The map of the neighborhood should be included with the arrival information. When arriving from the back seat could not see sign at gate. Enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return.

Only one loo.

Absolutely loved the condo - it was just right for us. It had everything and the outside space was great. To be perfect, it needed a separate loo or another bathroom. Also the noise of two young boys padding about in the condo above was a little annoying. It was situated very conveniently but because we are old it was quite a walk to get out of complex to start with. We just needed to be younger and fitter - not the condo’s fault.

Great stay in Key West!

We had a great time…..it was our first time in Key West and the location could not have been better! The Truman Annex area is off the beaten path enough to be away from the noise of Duval Street but close enough to walk. We rented a car and bikes for the week which worked out perfect I think for a future trip we wouldn’t rent a car at all, and just get a golf cart. We took a trip up through the keys one day so the car was handy. Place was perfect….clean and cozy, kitchen was well equipped. Beds were really firm which isn’t my preference….but no big deal. There are upstairs neighbors so there may be some foot traffic, but again no big deal for us. charming back patio, close to the pool but we never had time for a visit. Management company was amazing. Great communication…easy check in and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely turn to them for a future rental. Overall a wonderful stay. Plan far is advance for sea plane or ferry trip to Dry Tortugas and dinner reservations at Latitudes. :-)

Christmas at the beach

Great location. Pleasant, welcoming decor. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice patio seating. Very comfortable, ‘home base,’ for our time in Key West. Other family members stayed in the same complex, so it was very convenient. The key lime pie in the refrigerator was a really nice added touch.

Summer Christmas

I had the opportunity to stay at this wonderful place. The location was quiet, very much walkable to duval street and other locations. The condo was well kept and a plus was having the wildlife close by aka wild chickens :) . Our point of contact Tracie was fantastic and very informative. I highly recommend her. I will stay here again in the near future.

Wonderful spot!

Great 2 bedroom condo near an amazing beach! Lots of fun spots in the area! It’s right next to Santiago’s and Blue Heaven, the two best restaurants in the area! Get yourself a golf cart and you can drive anywhere on the island! Monique with last key was extremely helpful and friendly with check in. She made the trip that much better! We will be back.
