When you step into the newly furnished home you will be greeted to a spacious and open living room to kitchen layout opening onto a screened porch and pool in the private and fenced backyard! Just picture yourself sitting in the screened porch with a cool beverage in hand while watching the palm tree fronds and numerous tropical plants dance in the breeze. Or imagine lounging in the pool that is perfectly sized for a quick cooling dip or for floating away a lazy day. The neighbors’ live oak trees will provide plenty of afternoon shade. In the evening make use of the barbecue grill in the fun gazebo or stop by one of the nearby restaurants in Redfern Village. You could instead choose to take a quick trip to Mallery Street to enjoy one of the village restaurants and then walk onto the St Simons pier to watch the changing evening light on the water. The restaurants on Ocean Boulevard are only a 5 minute trip. Or simply take a quick walk from the cottage to the celebrated Southern Soul BBQ which is just up the street. In the morning take a walk to Dulce Dough for some of the best donuts you can imagine!

With 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, this delightful property offers a serene escape for guests. The primary bedroom has an attached bath with shower. The two other bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home and share a hall bath with a tub and shower combo. There is also a lovely outdoor shower which feels quite wonderful! The cottage features a small front porch leading to a semicircle driveway. A parking pad provides additional parking.

Broadway Oasis is perfectly located on the South End with all the best St Simons Island has to offer! We are approximately 1.5 miles to the beach. The St Simons airport is about 1/2 mile away. The shops and restaurants at Redfern Village are just a few minutes away and the shops and restaurants at Mallery Street are just about 2 miles. Grocery shopping is quick and convenient at Retreat Village which is located less than a mile from the cottage. We would love for you to stay and enjoy the quiet retreat that we love to escape to every chance we get! There is a camera at the front and rear of the exterior of the property for safety purposes.
