Loved having 3 separate rooms for my teenagers. Location was great and instructions were perfect. Wish the kitchen and living spaces had a few more amenities. There’s a great market right downstairs that has great food but not a ton of cooking utensils or kitchen space to work with. Living room could be updated with a few cozy blankets or pillows or board games to make you want to stay and hang out in the space. Overall lovely stay, clean, safe and plenty of charm and room for our family.

The apartment is located in a great area. Close to the subway for easy access to Manhattan. There’s great restaurants nearby. Plus we were in walking distance to the Brooklyn Museum and beautiful Prospect Park. The apartment was very clean and we had a super easy check-in. Unfortunately, we were right above a popular market. The regular street noise was fine and expected, but the very early morning trash pick up and continuous very early morning deliveries woke us up and were hard to sleep through.

This place is really great! It's clean, nicely equipped and spacious enough for our family of 6. The pack n play provided by the host was a great bonus as we are currently traveling with a 1yo. And speaking about host, hosting team is amazing - really helpful communication line with practically instant replies, very impressive. The location was also perfect for us. The commute to the Manhattan is super convenient with a few lines available with stations nearby. The area itself is lovely too - lots of grocery spots and small cafes and shops. All in all, highly recommended!

Karina was attentive to all of our needs and very quick to reply. The location is fantastic and accessible to 3 train stations via short walk. Walk to restaurants, grocery store, prospect park. Great neighborhood.

Extremely nice property with a couple minor maintenance issues

The property was very nice, met our needs, great neighborhood, but also the tub and bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Not huge issues, and hopefully handled soon. On a 1 night stay not a lot of chance for them to do anything.

Great location!

The apartment is clean and worked well for our family! Even though the rooms are small, it was a plus for both of our adult children to have their own bedrooms. Unit is listed as having 1.5 bath, but it only has one full bath. The kitchen is super small and not well equipped, so don’t think about cooking. The location is great and there are plenty of great restaurants around! We did not have any issues with the bathtub drain, as others mentioned, it must’ve been fixed. Towards the end of our stay the weather got cold and radiators were not turning on (of course cold weather in May was unexpected)! The two small rooms were fine and had good insulation, but the window in the main bedroom where the AC unit is inserted, doesn’t have insulation around the AC, so the cold air gets in. This room is also very noisy at night for the same reason. Beware of the door knob in the main bedroom door which is not functioning well and you may get locked in, if the door is completely shut. Overall I would say location and cleanliness is a plus for this apartment. The management is responsive and responds in a timely manner.

Park Slope Sweet Spot

This is a great location in Park Slope for a family stay. It is walking distance from the Brooklyn museum and the park and a lot of great coffee shops and restaurants. (Sotto Voce was amazing!) The checkin process was great. The place was super clean. Beds were comfy. TV in every room if interested. Kitchen fully furnished. There’s even a teakettle with temperature settings! I felt like the owner wanted the guest to have everything they would want if they were staying there themselves! Communication with the prop manager was very courteous and responsive. Another review mentioned the sink not draining in the bathroom. It’s not a plumbing issue but a nonstandard drain with a disc that screws down on the drain. I couldn’t figure out how to get it screwed exactly right so I just took it off. The owner may or may not change this out so hope my fix helps! The apt is right above a wonderful grocery. The downside to which is that it’s pretty noisy at 4am when deliveries come. But I had earplugs and my white noise app to get me through it! It made me glad I brought my speaker too which I almost didn’t pack, but that created more noise coverage than the phone alone would have. This was the biggest annoyance but easily solved if you’re prepared! Our stay here was excellent. I would certainly stay here again. In fact, I’ve already recommended it to some friends!
