Surfside Oasis Family Retreat: Beachfront, 2 houses, 6 Bed/6 Bath, Pool, Spa

This relaxing beachfront property is located in the Village of Surfside. Comprised of two houses that are back to back, with a pool/hot tub between them, you and your family are sure to fall in love with everything this haven has to offer. Both houses are nicely decorated, while still feeling comfortable and welcoming for a family to enjoy. A very easy place to chill after a day at the beach and pool.

The front house is a 4 bed/3 bath and sleeps 12. The open concept living/dining/kitchen boasts a large sectional, a day bed, a bar height game table and a 65" Roku Smart TV. The dining table has seating for 8 and the kitchen bar has seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking for a large group and has an extra fridge. The primary bedroom has a king bed and oceanfront views. Bedroom #2 is a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks. These rooms are connected by Bath #1. Bedroom #3 has a king bed. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and a set of twin bunks. This room has a door to the back balcony and access to Bath #3. Bath #2 and #3 are accessible from the hallway. Bath #2 is the only tub. A washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the hallway. There is a large partially shaded deck across the front of the house with 2 picnic tables and some tall seating. There is a deck across the backside of the house with chairs and a view of the pool and the sunset. The area under the house has an enclosed shower with hot and cold water, an outdoor rinse off station, a storeroom with beach toys, and 2 more picnic tables. There is also a 50 amp plug for EV charging.

The back house is a 2 bed/3 bath and sleeps 10. The open concept living/dining/kitchen has plenty of seating, a 65" TV and a shuffleboard table. The dining table seats 8 and the kitchen island has seating for 3. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking for 10. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a set of twin bunks and an ensuite bath with shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a set of twin bunks. There is an additional set of twin bunks along the back wall of the living room. Bath #2 is accessed from the hallway and has a shower. The laundry equipment is also in Bath #2. There is a deck with a picnic table overlooking the pool, with a view of the gulf. Bath #3 is at ground level for use when at the pool and includes a shower. There is a picnic table at the ground level and pool toys in the garage. A propane grill and a charcoal grill are available. Two propane cylinders are provided, but you may need to exchange.

The beach access walkovers were destroyed by Hurricane Beryl, but hopefully will be rebuilt soon. There is a walk through crossing at the end of the street (3 min walk). This will take you on to pedestrian beach, where no vehicles are allowed. There are also multiple access points nearby if you would prefer to drive on to the beach. Jetty Park is at the other end of the street. It's about a 20 minute walk or 4 minute drive. There is a fishing pier, playground equipment, a splash pad and the Jetty Shack restaurant. Sharkies Bar & Restaurant and the local market are both about a 10 minute walk.
