This house is more than beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. It’s spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for gathering with family or relaxing in nature. Plenty of room for our large group with great views. Well maintained. Short drive to town. Enjoyed evenings on the decks either in the hot tub or the table with a fire in the center. I recomend this house for those with multiple families. Plenty of private spaces. Had a great time.

The house is very spacious with a beautiful view, but unfortunately there is a severe rodent problem. When we arrived, there was already a dead mouse in a trap. During our stay, we saw multiple live mice running through the main level and sent the host videos of the situation. Instead of sending professional exterminators, the host had poisoned traps and trash bags delivered via Amazon and asked us to set them ourselves. Due to the health hazard, we had to check out early and move to a hotel. Additionally, 2 of the 3 air conditioners were broken upon arrival, making the house uncomfortably hot; the host promised technicians who never showed.

I just want to respond to this review. This guest was very difficult and arrived to the home when the AC had not been running. All of the air conditioning units work perfectly and there are absolutely no mice in the house. This was a one-off situation that the guest used to their advantage in order to try to get a full refund for the four nights they stayed at my house. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the air conditioning units and absolutely no mice in the house. Please read the other reviews and check my listing on the other popular short-term rental platform for many many years of five star reviews

Property was absolutely gorgeous! Views from all 3 decks were stunning. This home was perfect for our family wedding/vacation. Short 30 min drive to sunset amphitheater (where the wedding was) and perfect location for many other attractions we were interested in.Tim was plesant to work with and was very responsive. House was clean, beds comfortable and plenty of room for a large group where you don't feel on top of eachother. Highly recommend booking your stay here.

This house is spacious and beautiful with amazing views! We stayed for 6 nights surrounding my daughter’s wedding in Longmont/Boulder which was a “destination”for all. The kitchen is large and accommodated many people—-where everyone tends to hang out. The owner Tim responded quickly to all inquiries.
