Great view, nice location with easy access to the beach. The room was very clean, the check-in process was simple and easy, and the location was nice. The pictures are very accurate. My family and I had a very enjoyable stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed the resort & the room. There were a lot of amenities at the resort. I would stay there again. There were some things I would like to see improved: The bedroom pillows were terrible. We went to Belk and purchased some pillows. No beach towels or hair dryer available. Towel exchange since there is no laundry in the unit. I would be willing to pay a small fee for the towel exchange (or add it to the room charge). Again, I would stay there again & recommend to a friend/family member.

Awesome Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very positive experience. The buildings and grounds were meticulously maintained. I observed several maintenance projects that were not in terrible disarray but upgraded nonetheless. The location was perfect for our stay. My wife and I enjoyed our entire visit. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Property was as described but I have a few notes:Lighting was cheap small lamps from Walmart and it honestly brings down the whole vibe, they could have sprung for a 25 lamp rather than all 10 lamps. Also the bathroom only had 1 working light bulb. No dust pan only a dirty broom. The overall cleanliness was good but not great. There was a layer of dust under the bed and all these cheap nonslip pads on all the tables with sand and crumbs under them. Also some more comfortable outdoor seating would have been amazing. And lastly, some more blackout curtains would be nice. The kids bedroom has none, the master could use another set to made it fuller, the living room also had none although it’s listed as a sleeping area. We loved the location and the property overall. The beach was great, the views were great. We loved the bar and the pools and the location overall. Just a few upgrades could really make this place feel more comfortable overall

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. Our room was modern and welcoming. We’ve stay at this resort multiple times and this year takes the cake. The renaissance pool was finally open! All elevators working!! Staff was friendly. Beautiful view of the ocean from our room and the resort is located right on the beach. Cons for our family was pool cleanliness, we love the pools however this has been consistent problem for the last three years.. hair hair and more hair in the pools. Maybe a little more upkeep with that. Room cleanliness also could be better. Kitchen utensils, floors etc all needed touched up by us. Overall we love this resort and those things won’t defer us in the future.
