Enjoy a lushly landscaped courtyard outside your door with plentiful picnic tables. This fully equipped kitchen comes dressed to impress with gleaming granite countertops and a sleek glass top stove.

This home away from home seats up to seven guests with its dining table and breakfast bar. The kiddos will love breakfast buffets at the counter while the adults sip coffee at the table. Or reverse that — cocktails at the counter for the adults and pizza at the table for the kids!

When you need a break from the beach, you can veg out on the cushy couch (which converts into a bed). You’re only a click or two away from watching a good show. And if you’d like, soothe your weary muscles in the sauna or whirlpool nearby before calling it a night.

With bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo, a pair can retreat to a private shell-themed suite while the kiddos plop on the twin bed/bunk beds. Master bedroom guests will have direct access to a walk-in shower and the patio. The other guest bedroom offers a full tub and shower.

Along the walk to the shores, discover a wonderland of on-site dining options, jacuzzis, playgrounds, and sport courts in Myrtle Beach Resort. Hwy 17 will take you right up to Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and Broadway at the Beach lies around the corner. In just a short jaunt south, you’ll arrive at Wild Water & Wheels and Tupelo Golf Center.

Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:

There are laundry facilities on-site in each building.

* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round)

* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.
Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 ½ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high.

Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents. Parking fees, pest control schedule, and amenity availability are subject to change.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

2026: A parking fee $10 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management. Please call our office for monthly parking rates.

2026: Trailers (restricted to 18 feet end of trailer to hitch) may be brought by guests, on a first-come, first-served basis, for a daily fee of $15 for 9 months of the year with the exception of the months of June, July, and August, during which time no trailers are permitted on the property. The Vehicle pulling the trailer will be assessed $10 per day, and each Motorcycle - $10 per day

Thanksgiving retreat

We enjoyed our vacation experience, the condo had everything we needed to have a lovely thanksgiving away from home. The condo could use some upgrades on the mattress and couch, they are worn down and no longer comfortable for lounging. The location was really convenient, short drive to the beach was great and condo is in a gated community making it easy and safe to enjoy long morning and evening walks.

Lacking in some areas

The property was nice. Our issue was the supplies that were supposed to be provided. We were to have towels, wash cloths, dish towel and dish cloth. We did not have the amount of towels we were supposed to. We had no dish cloth or dish towel. There was no toilet paper provided to start. We called the property manager to ask for the items. Some of the items were brought to us. However it was halfway through our stay before they arrived. We never received toilet paper, dish towel or dish cloth.

The property was great, clean, and very near many amenities. We have stayed at Five Seasons many times and were very happy all other visits. The exception this visit were extremely noisy neighbors one floor up (constant floor pounding from (7 AM until 1AM, unless they happened not to be there - which they usually were); we approached the tenants about the continued pounding on the floors early on the second day and were told "sure, ok baby". The noise stopped for maybe 15 minutes, but continued after that and for each day. Since it was a VRBO we really didn't know who else to contact, because it was obvious to us the person who gave us our packet was merely a check in person. The unit looked quite overcrowded when we visited, and we suspected that the children were left unattended many times. The overall rating of 3 stars was because of unbearable noise which is not category above.

Nice Room - noisy neighbors

The property was on point and all was well. The condo floorplan was perfect, with the nice kitchen in the middle. The walls however are very thin. In the main bedroom you could hear the snoring from the guest next door, which made sleeping a challenge. In the guest bedroom you could also hear the snoring from the next room so the walls are very thin. The real problem was the family that checked in upstairs. It sounded as though they were doing construction and moving furniture as they were so loud. Come to find out it was a Black American family from Georgia with 2 children that ran around constantly and you could hear every stomp and step they made. Watching TV became a challenge due to the noise from upstairs. I really like the condo overall other than the snoring and noise from upstairs so, this will be a great place if someone is hard of hearing and there are no neighbors. I however will not stay here again due to the noise. I hope this helps as a review. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the location and the condo itself, just the neighbors are a problem. This is beyond anyone's control. You may get lucky and not get snoring overweight neighbors and not get a family upstairs with children that are not trained properly. Thanks

This condo wasn't worth the price

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start off with saying the lazy river and indoor and outdoor pools were great except they weren't cleaned the entire week we were there. There was leaves, hairballs, worms etc on the bottoms of every pool we visited and the lazy river. The condo itself would not have been comfortable for our family of seven. We had two family members back out at the last minute but the beds, furniture and space was cramped for the five of us who did make it to the vacation. The stove was very small as was the oven. One barbecue grill in the courtyard was unacceptable for several units to use. Parking is horrible. The shower curtain in the master bathroom had mold growing on it. The futon sofa had been repaired in the past because several slats were missing and oddball boards had been added. The pools and hotubs, etc., neing locked up for am hour after every lightning strike seen on the main road was a bit much though. Security was great. I will never recommend this resort to family and friends nor will my family ever stay there again.

Safe, inexpensive location

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really had high hopes for this location based on photos. However, the property needs some maintenance. When we arrived (late in the evening on check-in day), the floors, kitchen counter, and sink were covered in sand. The linens that were stated to be provided were not (no linens for pull out sofa. I did accurately represent our party size at the time of booking.) The refrigerator freezer wasn’t working correctly (it appeared to have frozen up and then thawed.) Over the course of the week, the freezer/fridge needed service because it stopped working entirely. And, the A/C unit also stopped working. The property management company was VERY quick to respond and brought coolers to save all our groceries, linens so our kids could sleep, and had someone come and fix the fridge and A/C very timely. But, these are a lot of problems to occur in a one week stay. Definitely didn’t shed the best light on the owners. And, while the property management company responded quickly, I do feel they need better quality control of the cleaning and linens.

Amazing get away

Everything was great, there was door with owner personal belongings that was open. I tried the keys given to me but they did not work. The ice maker doesn’t work, but there were trays I used to make ice. Other than that everything was amazing. I

Pictures taken are of exactly what the condo offers- but in reality is in need of a deep clean. Ceiling fans are loaded with dust, couch is well worn, stove top is cracked. Everything listed is supplied, just needs an intense cleaning.

Poor Costumer Service

The second day in on our vacation the fan in the main bathroom started to make a loud noise to where it scared the kids. In the middle of the week I got locked out of my condo and then the whole time there were bugs crawling all over the place and walls. I had the resort maintenance come to the unit since I couldn't reach anyone at the office and then they told me our A/C was leaking out in the main hall way. They didn't know how the A/C unit was still working. I tried calling multi times during the week we were there about our problems and had no answers even during their office hours. Someone finally answered me on Friday. They told me since I didn't leave a voice-mail is why they didn't get back to me. I wasn't happy about the consumer service. I have been going there for 5 years with my family

Love Myrtle Beach Resort

I have been coming here over 7 years. Great amenities! Kids love the waterpark and all the choices of the other pools. The beach bar has nice entertainment in the evening for the entire family. Always love the beach! 2021 unfortunately nobody wants to work. So I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our unit. Ceiling fans were covered with heavy black dust, baseboards were dirty, walls and cabinets had food splatter in areas, blind to patio broke. The kitchen is really nice could use an updated dishwasher. Plenty of cabinets and counter space. Also it would be nice that the cleaning people didn't park right in front of the unit for those of use that need a parking spot to load the vehicle while we had to block traffic. The lady sat in her vehicle for an hour 8am while she watch me load the vehicle check out wasn't till 10. I asked her if she was leaving she said no waiting to clean units. I said something about parking and she ignore me. I will contact the leasing agent. Overall I still love MBR nice family environment!

Reviewer Comments: The resort is perfect for a family vacation with multiple pools, excellent beach access, plenty of parking and a central playground area. A particular unit we stayed in was the epitome of poorly maintained and very low end quality on all aspects. There were many items that were broken and the unit itself is simply dingy and not attractive. Stay at the resort but find a better unit.

Good for families

This was perfect for our needs. The resort is quite large. You will probably want to drive to the beach access from this property but parking was not an issue. It was adequately clean. I would say that the ceiling fans and blinds have a thick coating of dust that has been there a while. And coffee/soda was dripped down the front of the cabinet in front of sink which has been overlooked by cleaning. I would recommend maybe a "spring cleaning ". Be prepared to bring *everything* as they only provide just enough toilet paper and other items for you to be able to get to the store for. I'm used to properties providing most items needed for a stay so this was unusual for us.

Just ok

It wasn't as clean as I hoped especially with quite a pricey cleaning fee behind the doors in bathrooms were filled with dust bunnies. Counters were sticky. It's listed as ocean front but you have to drive to the next complex within the resort to get to ocean.. Size was good, complex extremely quiet , clean and well maintained. The security team was Outstanding. I would recommend changing mattresses and headboards. Every time you moved it made noises which made for a short night of sleep.
