Property was beautiful and in a great location right off of the park. 6 of us stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. Off street parking spot was a plus. Lucky Savannah was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. We look forward to booking with them again for our next visit.

We were a group of 6 ladies over 55 enjoying a girlfriend’s getaway. The house was very nice and in a great location. Lots of places nearby to walk and explore. We visited an amazing market in the park on Saturday. Definitely recommend.A few items to mention:* Need lighting over kitchen sink* Need at least one more television

Historic Home with Space and Charm

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our small group stayed for a girl's weekend and really enjoyed the space. The living room and kitchen were comfortable for downtime and the beds were comfortable. We didn't fully need to utilize the kitchen, but found it to have everything we needed (wine opener, scissors, etc.). I really appreciated how clean the home was upon arrival, and found the heating/cooling easy to adjust to our comfort. The only "negatives" were that the front bedroom carried a fair bit of noise, which was only notable for evenings when people were still playing basketball and tennis at the park. We never had any issues, and is likely what comes with the design of older home windows. Some furniture needs a little additional attention (wobbly coffee table) but doesn't compromise ability to use.The area felt safe, we walked everywhere, and loved our time. I would definitely stay again!

Girls Trip- college reunion

The location was absolutely fantastic. Forsyth Park is beautiful and safe and loop around the park was exactly 1.0 miles which made for some great walks in the early morning. The market on Saturday morning was adorable and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend away.The house was exactly as it is shown online. The ceilings were beautifully high, and the space was enormous.If I could change one thing, it would be parking. We were able to easily park on the street in front of the front steps, but it would’ve been nice to have parking adjacent or connected to the home. Again, this is only minor seeing that the park is directly across the street and therefore there was a significant amount of free parking within a matter of 15 yards of the house.Again, we were able to easily walk all the way to the riverfront. Along the way, there were beautiful markets, shopping districts, and eateries that we were able to dive into and enjoy along the way. The neighborhood surrounding the home was safe and we will easily be planning another trip back here in the future.
