This beautiful two-story home is a great space for your group. You'll find 2 bedrooms with queen beds on the first floor. Along with a full kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom.
The 2nd floor is an open space where you'll find a king and queen bed, a full bath, and a large desk that's perfect for working from home.
The fenced-in backyard is great for hanging out around the fire pit or enjoying a meal at the picnic table. The kids will especially love the slide that's attached to the deck.
During your stay, you'll have full and private access to this condo are welcome to use any of the amenities provided.
No Smoking in the unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet per month for long-term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

The home is a very convenient location with easy access to any stores or restaurants you can think of. Right next to the Waldo area of KC. We are only minutess from Price Chopper and Aldi grocery stores, CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks.
We are only 10 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC, Rockhurst and Kemper Museum.
