This family-friendly duplex accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The primary bedroom is is fitted with a queen-size bed.

The second bedroom has a full-size bed and equipped with a smart TV.

The third bedroom is ideal for sleeping 2 children in the two single beds.

There is one full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner shower gel and a hair dryer to save you space in your suitcase.

Cook up a storm in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials to make you feel right at home. While we don't have a dishwasher, you'll find everything else you need to whip up a feast.

The dining area seats 6 guests at wooden table.

The living room is provides plenty of seating for the whole family to watch the game on the smart TV.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The exterior area of this home offers a small deck, a picnic table and a gas BBQ grill. The backyard of this property is ideal for lawn games for family and friends to enjoy.

Every Cape house must come with an outdoor shower. This home is no exception! The outdoor shower is located in the backyard for extra privacy.

The entire B side of this duplex is available for you to enjoy. The washer & dryer are shared with the A unit and can be found in the basement.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:
When you stay at Park View Revue, you're covered for damages up to $1,500 per stay.

HOUSE RULES:
We have a pet fee of $125 which covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay.

It was a great place to stay. I love the fact that beach was walking distance. There was a park across the street where you can play tennis and pickleball. Your on area in the back yard with a fire was great.

Matt the host was very responsive to our questions and requests. The house was very clean, beds were comfy, and host provided sheets, towels, beach towels and toiletries. Kitchen was setup nicely but we didn’t use it as we ate out for breakfast and dinner. There was a fire pit in the back which looked cute with Adirondack chairs but we didn’t have enough time to use it; hopefully our next stay. The house was a short walk to the beach which was very convenient and the park across the street was a nice perk as we brought our dog. I would definitely stay here again. Matt was a great host!

Dennis Port duplex

Unit was on main road but a park across the street made it nicer. Biggest complaint was items lacking in kitchen. Also, didn't realize it was a duplex when rented it. Host was very accommodating. If I would have stayed longer, I would have requested a few items that the place lacked. No book with area highlights or dining recommendations and wifi info. Usually these are in rental.

We have since completed a full inventory and restocked the kitchen to ensure future guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. We also sincerely apologize for the mix-up with the guidebook. We have a comprehensive guide to our favorite local spots, including restaurants, shops, and attractions, and we're so sorry you didn't receive it. That was our oversight! We've updated our process to make sure all future guests receive this guide well before their stay. Our listing does mention that the home is a side-by-side duplex, but we understand how important it is for this to be clear.
