Wonderful property in a very nice neighborhood, with easy access to the RTA tram nearby to head downtown. The house was clean and well stocked. The hosts were communicative, without being too much. Overall, we'd HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone staying in NOLA!

Wonderful property conveniently close to City Park and lots of great Mid-City restaurants. Owners provided map with favorite places - very helpful and we walked to most places. The Bean Gallery coffee shop across the street was our favorite amenity. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed with full gourmet kitchen. Brought our 2 dogs and they loved walking the neighborhood. Would happily stay again.

Perfect Location

The property is spacious, in an ideal location, and perfect for families who are looking for a great place to stay when visiting New Orleans. Walking distance to City Park, many restaurants, and the street car line make this property ideal for any family visiting the city.

Great location within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. Very clean, air conditioned with coffee pot , fridge, washer and dryer. Plenty of room for a family and dog. City Park is very close, which our dog loved. Coffee shop is at the corner which was enjoyed by all for their iced drinks and pastries.

Pleasant stay in New Orleans

This was one of the nicest stays we have had in New Orleans. The pictures are accurate and the host communicated well. It is quiet, and the AC works well. The location is good although it is not a tourist area. We would stay there again.

Great location, comfortable stay for a family.

Our family of 4 had such a comfortable stay. Everything was as listed with all creature comforts provided. We particularly liked walking the area with our dogs. We were in walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops, the perfect balance of commercial and residential. We would book here again.

Perfect Location

The house was exactly as advertised. Perfect accommodations for myself, my sister's family and three dogs. It was walking distance to restaurants and in a lovely neighborhood for walking our dogs. We felt right at home.

Awesome location

Great location, we were close to the mall and not far from the French quarter. The space was great, there was enough room for our family. The kitchen was well equipped,we had no problems making our favorite meals. The coffee shop was near by for morning coffee and pastry. And the grocery store was a short distance away.

Wonderful home in Mid City. Great location to City Park, Carrollton (street car), coffee shop and groceries. All within easy walking distance. The house was clean, quiet and has a great kitchen for cooking! It was a delight to meet the sweet owners. Will return!

Felt like home

We felt right at home the moment we entered the house! It is set in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. The home had everything we needed. It was great to have a coffee shop right across the street. Grocery stores, restaurants, streetcar stop, and other conveniences were just steps away. We walked to City Park and NOMA. No need for a car here; however we did rent a car one day and had no problem with parking. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming.

Great location and very close to shopping and restaurants. Grocery store and drug store were blocks away. Very close to the park and art museum which were both amazing. Highly recommend. The kitchen is well stocked and the house very clean. Quiet neighborhood. The bed was on the very firm side but we bought a mattress topper which really helped. Tough if you have mobility issues. The bed was high and tough to get into and the stairs are steep. Only 1 bathroom which is upstairs. Water pressure is not great in the shower. Hot water in the kitchen sink was variable which made washing dishes tough. It is dog friendly which is great but be warned that you are sharing a very small yard with the place next door. BE MINDFUL THAT CHECK OUT IS 10 AM. AC works great! Smallest closet in the world but we used the extra room as a closet and place for our suitcases. Host was very nice and prompt returning messages.
