2919 S Fletcher - Townhome with Peek-a-boo Ocean Views, Steps to the Beach

This is a perfect Amelia Island vacation spot! Located directly across the street from the ocean access, so you get wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean from your private deck. Beach Access 29 is just across the street so you will have toes in the sand within a few minutes. There is even an outdoor enclosed shower for you to rinse off after the beach.

The open living room is perfect for gathering the family and friends. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for meal prepping and large dinners. Living room has large smart TV and is perfect for movie nights or game nights.

The ground floor has the 2 secondary bedrooms. They each have TV's and share access to a full bath. Upstairs is where you find the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The master suite has its own in-suite bathroom.

The front driveway is monitored by video for the guest's safety.

Nice vacation place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean and comfortable and perfectly located close to the ocean. It worked well for the entire family with the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. I also appreicated that they accepted dogs. I would defininately stay here again.

Excellent Location for Beach Access

It's a great place to stay with two exceptions; place should have been cleaner and sliding door threshold is a tripping hazard.

Great Location

This property is across the street from the beach access path. You can see the ocean from the 2nd floor family room and front deck. Check in was easy and the pictures on VRBO match the property. Great place. I would stay again
