Super Spacious Ocean Park Condo | Pool, Hot Tub & BBQ | Beach Gear Provided

The Ocean Park pool and hot tub area are currently closed due to unexpected equipment issues. The association is actively working to resolve the problem and is aiming to have the amenities reopened by mid-April; however, the timeline may extend depending on the scope of the repairs. Please note that this work is being managed entirely by the association, and the schedule is outside of our control. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect this temporary closure, and we truly appreciate your understanding while this is being addressed.

Conveniently located right beside main beach, this second floor 3 bedroom 2 bath condo at 104 Ocean Park provides the ideal vacation getaway. Only a 5 minute walk from the gorgeous Amelia Island main beach, and only a 5 minute drive from Fernandina's eclectic downtown area. The amazing wrap around balcony overlooks a small pond and the many palm trees leading up to the main beach area. It is an ideal place for relaxation, beach breezes, listening to the ocean waves crashing along the shore, and outdoor dining.

The Ocean Park Complex offers immaculately kept grounds, a beautiful pool with a waterfall and hot tub, and a barbecue area with gas grills. Enjoy a refreshing swim after a day at the beach while preparing delicious burgers on the gas grills. These amenities are conveniently located on the same level as this unique abode.

Beach chairs, a canopy tent, a beach wagon, board games, and 4 beach towels are included with this beautiful property!

The main beach area offers several activities for children such as a miniature golf course, a large playground, volleyball courts, a concession stand, and a skate park. Sip on your frozen beverage of choice while relaxing on the beach at Sandbar, a casual beach bar and restaurant, just a short walk from this unit. Located only half a mile from the Ocean Park Complex, Fort Clinch State Park presents the perfect place for many recreational activities such as bicycling, fishing, hiking, sunbathing, beachcombing, shelling, swimming, picnicking, and wildlife viewing.

104 Ocean Park is beautifully decorated and extremely spacious condominium has everything you could ever desire for an unforgettable beach vacation! You will immediately feel at home as you relax in the comfort of this gorgeous beachside getaway. Beautiful hardwood floors and sunlight streaking in through the many windows along the balcony give it an open, airy feel. The main living area, painted khaki, with its' tasteful décor offers 2 full size colorful sofas, a large dining table that seats 6, and a large flat screen TV and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen with beige cabinets and stainless steel and black appliances overlooks the main living area and has a bar area for extra seating.

The roomy master bedroom is directly off the living area and features a king bed with plush khaki and white bedding, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom is just across the main room and offers a queen bed, a small reading nook, and access to the second bathroom. Down the hall is the third bedroom with two double beds featuring beach themed comforters and decor. In-condo washer and dryer.

A guest favorite, 104 Ocean Park offers a perfect mix of inviting vacation home, amenities and location!

PARKING FOR 3! Take advantage of having 3 parking spaces, including 1 in garage.

No pets allowed. The association is VERY STRICT about parking and guest limits. 3 vehicle max. Also, NO MORE THAN 6 GUESTS AT ANY TIME. THIS INCLUDES USING THE POOL AND COMPLEX AMENITIES. Please ask for any exceptions! Smoke Free complex including balcony and outdoor areas.

Home Away from Home

We had a fantastic time on our vacation! The condo was clean and comfortable and the perfect location to easily get to the pool as well as the beach. Amelia Island Getaways was very attentive with texts to remind us of our stay and even a call to see if we were having any issues within the first 2 days. Wonderful Rental!

We rented this condo for 3 months and would have stayed forever! Great views on the large porch,nice swimming pool and hot tub, easy walk to the beach. Very large and spacious and updated. Had a great time!

Great location for families!

We had a great stay! The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach and across the street from Main Beach, which has a playground, basketball courts, large open field, restaurants and restrooms. Close to the historic district which was great for shopping and dining. The kids loved the pool at the condo too. The condo was clean, updated and well decorated. We had everything we needed and would definitely rent again!

Family vacation

We will definitely be staying here again. There was a lot of space for all of us. The view off the deck was wonderful. The beach was only a few feet away. We used the pool which was awesome. Would definitely suggest this to anyone.

Amelia island ocean park

Nice clean property with good location. A little pricey to go to Amelia island vs St Augustine but in line w area. Pool was smaller than pics looked like but we were at the beach the entire time. Great location to beach and short walk to restaurant. The condo association has no fitness area. Garage and beach supplies a plus so we could store things on ground level.

Ocean Park at Amelia Island

The place was well furnished and my rental agent was very responsive to any needs we had. Very convenient to the beach. Just a five minute walk. It’s an older property so it’s showing it’s age. Pool cleaning is not a priority here. The pool had a lot of trash and debris on the bottom. They provided plenty of towels in the condo. However, they need to vacuum under the sofas when they clean. Since they are recliners, you can see the dust and trash under them. Ran out of gas on the only grill that was useable but it was replaced quickly and the grill was actually cleaned up some too. Would probably recommend this place to friends.

We did call the association about the grill during your stay and addressed the issue of only one of the grills being usable. I believe they have resolved that issue now as well, but will check back into it. We are a family owned business and take pride in each and every one of our rental properties. Nice break at the beach

We have stayed at Ocean Park in the past but this was the first time in this unit. We really liked that it has a much bigger patio with a full size outdoor dining table for our family of 6. We mostly ordered take-out from our favorite beach restaurants this trip and it was great to be able to eat on the balcony. The garage had extra beach chairs we were able to use and the community pool was in great shape/clean as always.

Annual family get together

104 was exactly as pictured. Very spacious, enough room for 5 adults to be together all week and not be crowded at all. We particularly enjoyed the large balcony every evening. The pool and grilling area are very nice and will be even better. The HOA shut it down while we were to retile the area. The rental company was not notified. However, we were fairly reimbursed. If ever in the area again, we will definitely call this rental company again. Summer and staff were very responsive and helpful.
