Callco Ranch detached and prívate 1BD/1BA guest room in our peaceful Ranch.
Close to the Hard Rock Cafe, walk distance to The Motor Enclave, 5 min Exclusive airport, about 20 min from the Tampa International airport, 16 min Busch Garden, 20 min Raymond James Stadium.
Easy access through I-4 highway.
Enough parking to park the trailer, with 4 acres of land.
Guest Room has TV, Wi-Fi, two queen beds, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker,AC.
The pool not included in the guest room.
We also have a house that is listed on Vrbo for big groups.

Lovely studio. Close to downtown Tampa Riverwalk, 35 min to Lakeland and close to several parks with walking paths. The beds are comfortable. The location of the studio is a small building off of the main house - with a private entrance.

Very cute and functional property for our needs.Had everything we needed. The chickens wandering around were an added bonus.We had to do a fair amount of driving to get to all the games we had planned to see so being right off 2 main interstates was nice

Aura of Florida hidden in the heart of the city!

My son had a conference to attend so I had time to explore! Perfect location, large grounds to walk, yet I could get to shopping, dining and tourist locales. I drove to the beach and park and adapted to Floridian life for a bit. Lovely people who own and operate; very welcoming and nicely decorated. Certainly will reccomend!

Softball stay over!

We needed a nice place to stay for a couple of days for a softball tournament. Just happened upon this location. Excellent choice. We will be coming back. I have close to a dozen more softball tournaments in this area. We will be staying here. Great room not too far from where we needed to be at. Clean comfortable just what we wanted. Thank you

GREAT VALUE

We so enjoyed staying in this guest house located right behind the car port. You are right in the middle of the city but do not feel like it. The hosts were EXCELLENT. Responded quickly to any needs. I would say this place is best suited for a couple of people as you are sharing one bathroom. Everything was clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and the convenience of location. No real negatives except pack your own iron if needed and a few more towels if you are the type that needs more than a few. Thanks Maria for your hospitality.

love the hosts

the hosts were kind and very responsive. the unit was clean except for the air conditioner, which had mold in it. i did not run it for concerns about breathing contaminated air. i did not realize how close the property is to a major highway. traffic noise made restful sleep very difficult. some soundproofing would help.
