Well, I like to say the cleaning list was good but a fridge not working for ice cubes for water which was available by another equipment. Then the master bed was like a hard aboard. I could hardly sleep in it. We was not told that it was in a poor Neighbourhood wild cats running around the light outside. The property was constantly coming on at night waking me up I believe for the Neighbourhood the house is the house is too expensive for the rent. What they charged us. It was OK but not the way the property is I would say not a very safe Neighbourhood.

Monique I was surprised to receive your negative feedback, especially as you did not mention any issues during your stay. Regarding your concerns, we provide a water dispenser with a 5-gallon jug, as well as three ice trays in the freezer. This is an added expense that we provide for our guests' comfort. The beds are high-quality and comfortable, and our neighborhood is known for being very quiet. As for the cats outside, they generally do not bother guests unless there is a specific allergy or if someone interacts with them directly. It is disappointing that your review did not mention that I was happy to accommodate your request to check in five hours early. Given your experience, perhaps a different type of accommodation, such as a high-end resort, would be more suited to your expectations in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay it actually feels just like you’re at home. Nice and comfortable. Quiet peaceful neighborhood and everything is near by.
