The condo needs attention. The baseboards were dirty, the showers were not the cleanest, and the toilet seat in the second king bathroom was broken. Glass was dirty and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived.

Beautiful view! This place was very clean. Had everything that we needed for a monthly stay. Lots of restaurants in this area. Has a beautiful beach as well. Would stay here again. There were a couple of issues but had nothing to do with the host. People were smoking on the balcony next to us so most of the time we couldn’t sit on the balcony or leave the door open! The pool was empty due to construction. Most people probably wouldn’t swim in February, but we are from Michigan and probably would have! Went swimming in the Gulf even though it was cold:) Enjoyed wonderful walks on the beach.This condo was very comfortable and overall we enjoyed the visit.

Great Balcony and Clean

If you are looking for a nice balcony which faces the ocean and also wraps around the corner, a clean 3 bedroom, 3 bath, fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need this is the place. They even supplied the essentials—toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing liquid and 2 dishwasher pods. The only thing you might want to bring is clothes washing detergent. This condo is located right beside Pineapple Willeys we always eat there we love eating out on the pier and the food is good. You can easily walk to Waffle House and shopping. The location is good. If you want to be near Pier Park where you can shop for something besides beach wear etc it is 20-30 minutes away depending on the traffic. My only complaints would be the parking garage is so small and hard to drive and park a large vehicle in, having said that if you come in a small car you will be fine. Also the beach here is full and there are so many teenagers on the beach at night, ALL NIGHT. The condo across the road has assess to the beach right beside this condo and so that means way more people. If you like to people watch or party this would be good for you. If you would like a more secluded beach with less people where you can sit closer to the ocean etc. this is NOT THE PLACE. We like the latter so we will not be staying here again. But everyone who worked there was really nice and so were the owners!
