Relax in this beautifully decorated OBX vacation home, overlooking the 8th hole and fairway of the Nags Head Golf Links.

Enjoy three decks, sensational sunsets, and a sound view while soaking in the hot tub. Home is in a manicured cul-de-sac. Close to all major shopping and great restaurants on the Outer Banks.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.

Beautiful home and atmosphere! Even though we weren’t oceanfront the trolly service was great alternative. This was our first ever extended family vacation. The beach bungalow was a great choice and we had a wonderful time!

A wonderful house in the perfect place!

We loved it. The house was perfect! Everything is carefully maintained. We love Nags Head. And, best of all, the house is a 1 minute walk to daily sunsets! By the way, it is close to the beach. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach club.

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for over 25 years. We have stayed at a wide variety of homes with Village Realty. The Beach Bungalow was perfect for us since we only had four people. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed! The golf course and bay view were awesome. Looking forward to visiting again next summer!

We loved Beach Bungalow. This is our 10th visit to OBX and Beach Bungalow is one of the nicest houses we’ve rented. The furnishings and kitchenware were top notch. The house was very clean and well-equipped with anything we needed. This was out first time not staying oceanfront, but we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommended rental.

This is a very nice cottage..only issue is the strong musty smell downstairs even with the dehumidifiers running..

We are so happy to hear you found Beach Bungalow to be a very nice cottage. Our Maintenance department has confirmed they are going to assess the musty smell you mentioned downstairs and take further action if needed, however this can be can be expected at times here on the Outer Banks resulting from high humidity or rain.
