Welcome to Lake Cottage in Chapin, located only 10 minutes from downtown Chapin. This charming lakefront retreat has been recently renovated with a private dock, beach, kayaks, paddle board, and fire pit. It is located in a quiet cove that is conveniently located to access all parts of the lake. You can enjoy this cozy cottage that has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, and large deck. Bring your boat and enjoy a wonderful day of fishing or cruising around the beautiful lake.

As pet owners ourselves, we love providing you a place to bring dogs that are part of the family. Please include pets when adding your number of guests and pay the $100 pet fee when booking. If you do not and we find that there have been pets in the home, we will be forced to charge additional fees.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Outdoor fire pits: Make sure all coals are fully extinguished. DO NOT place coals in trash receptacles! Maintenance will clean and safely dispose of coals.
Place kayaks beside gazebo with paddles inside and flip over. Place life jackets and any chair cushions back in dock box.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
