Property was great for our family. Personal bathrooms for each bedroom was a bonus that allowed for privacy in an otherwise crowded vacation space. The elevator was a life saver for wheelchair/walker mobility needs. Having the main Br/BA on the same level as the living/kitchen/dining/outside deck provided convenient gathering spaces for all including mobility challenged family members. Home was also very conveniently located near plenty of restaurants/ shopping/beach access and sightseeing attraction options. We will return to this vacation spot in the future!

November 2018 Stay

Had no issues with the house. The elevator was a blessing! However, the internet was a pain to deal with. The service required you to log in every day and sometime twice a day for some inexplicable reason. On top of all that, the service was slow. Fix the internet service and this house is almost perfect

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was clean and well appointed. The new furniture is great. Came home early, this was first trip without my husband. (He dropped dead lady’s October) Still adjusting.

House needs sprayed for spiders, mill worms, and misc insects. Killed multiple spiders every day and a couple dozen mill worms and other insects. Washer and dryer needs replaced.

October 2017 Stay

House was not cleaned, dirty dishes were left in cabinet, king mattress is worthless, furniture covers are nasty, last 2 times with village realty have had to clean on arrival. No vacuum in the house. Had to buy cleaning items. Not happy Tired & worn furniture in upstairs living area

David, thank you for your review, I know our housekeeping department has tried to reach out to you in regards to your issues. After your survey, we went ahead and performed our annual evaluation of the home. We have been in contact with the owner and they are in the process of figuring out how to proceed with future updates to the house. Once they let us know what their plans are we will be happy to share them. We excited to work with them in updating their home for a fresh look for 2018.
