Great condo

Besides the fact that hurricane/tropical storm Debby ruined our week weather-wise, the condo was great. Clean and great location, just a short walk to the beach. Check in/out process was super easy. Communication from property manager prior to and during our stay was good.

We took the steps bc there is one elevator, which reminded of us our fitness and weight loss goals. One minor thing, there isn't a skillet in the place, may be intentional, nost sure, but I'd def stay here. So worth it, really nice area.

Amazing view and ocean breeze!

Fantastic ! except for mildewed shower curtain in used tub And not any grab bars or foot security for the elderly NONE! Large beautiful condo....wonderful beds but sofa bed couch doesn't sit comfortably. Marvelous kitchen. No plastic bowls for the littles. This reservation with disabled veteran could have used an elevator in walking distance. Unable to return to oceanfront steps without younger family help.

Hi, Thank you for your review. Please know when your staying in one of our condos if you need anything during your stay to please call us. We have grab bars that we can install for guest that are in need and they aren't in the showers. We also can deliver any kitchen items needed. For the oceanfront units the walk from the elevator is the longest walk at Anchorage II. At Anchorage one we have an elevator at the front of the building. Great Views!

First, I must say a BIG Thank you to Lisa. (Anchorage Rep) Lisa worked a miracle for the dates needed for our mini vacation. Kudos! Thanks to Robert too! In addition, I/we loved the property. The property was exactly as described by Lisa and the write up descriptions. The 2nd floor balcony view in the condo was amazing, as well as the 1st floor balcony view. The property was VERY clean, organized, accommodating and a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We have been very satisfied customers of Anchorage I & II for over 15 years. Again, Thank You!

Reviewer Comments: Room was as described in pictures - clean upon check in- quiet area- no issues with parking - I had asked to be notified if room was ready prior to 4 pm and was told I would be , that did not happen, I called at 3:30 and asked again and was told it was ready- at checkout which is 10 am , the house cleaning crew was waiting outside our door at 9 am so they could clean - we did not say we would be checking out early- only other issue was master bedroom had a tv but there was no cable box connected to watch tv - It was a nice place to stay and would book again

THank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry you were not notified when your condo was ready. It does sometimes take staff time to report and then the staff calling our guests a chance to call everyone. As you can imagine checking in 60 families within a few hours our response time might not be immediate. Our cleaning staff was outside by the staircase waiting for instruction on which condo to start in and was shortly moved up to the third level to begin. We did not mean to make you feel rushed in any way. Please know if you have any issues such as TV cable boxes to call our office, we have staff onsite 7 days a week to help resolve any issues that might arise. We hope you enjoyed your time and will let us know when you plan to return to Myrtle Beach.

However, the beds in our room need more comfortable mattresses and headboards need to be secured. Also, there was a group of young baseball players staying at Anchorage with their parents. This group was very loud and annoying. They stayed at the pool well past closing time. Kids running down the hallways and playing base ball in the yard in front of the pool. One of them almost ran into me. I understand that everyone wants to have a good time but this group was not very understanding to the other people who were staying in the complex

The condo itself was beautiful, clean, very organized, with nice furniture, plenty of towels and a full sized washer and dryer. There were good beach chairs in the closet. My only negative was that we were not sent a receipt, or any communication, when the balance of the rental was charged to the card on file. The only way we knew it had been paid, was from our credit card statement. I would have liked a "paid in full" message directly from the complex. Check in and check out were easy. Maintenance came quickly when we sent a message about a TV not working.I would definitely stay here again.We got take out from Little Pig's BBQ, our go to on our first night. Crabby George's, Cafe Old Vienna, Mimosa's, Carolina Roadhouse, Johnny D's and Flamingo Grille were all very good. Kirk's for ice cream. We were disappointed in Luigi's Trattoria. The food was fine, but, it was way too noisy and the food wasn't special enough to make us go back. We had fun at Medieval Times.
