The Anchorage II 115

Overall the place is really nice. The locker comes with amenities for the beach. Really close to all the touristy adventures. Also really close to the beach. Only one hiccup with the stay and it may have been because of our days of stay. When we checked in the rooms weren’t clean. The people definitely made sure to rush over and have it cleaned. Definitely would stay again.

Nice condo but need to update their description. Says can smoke on balcony and once arrived the entire facility is no longer smoking and you have to walk across the street.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location, right across from the ocean, on the website it said there was a hot-tub and there was not one, the main floor was dirty, walking barefoot our feet got dirty, in one bed there were 2 pills, not sure if the sheets were changed prior to our stay, at the time we did not need customer service, I would recommend this to others, we dined out a lot, played putt-putt, enjoyed the pool and ocean, visited Boardwalk at the Beach and Barefoot Landing, the airport is close by which was convenient because we went there to pick up a family member.

Our son purchased one for the week, as did at least 3 other families, and left it in our condo with hopes that someone else can use it.

Unit 115 is very up to date, a nice kitchen, and a great view of both the pool and the ocean. It is on the first floor which made it easy to get all of our items inside the room. There is no building in front of it that obscures the view of the beach which made it even nicer, and the playground across the street has a very nice pirate ship and great landscaping. I do wish there was a separate kiddie pool from the adult pool, my 1 year old loved the pool, but it would have been nice to have something more her size.

We like beaches that are not very busy and this one did not disappoint. We could see the kids crossing the street to get to the other parent, we could see the pool. We had a great view of the ocean. Stores, restaurants and mini golf were all close. The property was clean and spacious. Tvs were hard to work. We appreciated the starters of soap and TP. The other visitors were all respectful and kind as well. We will definitely be back.

While this unit is still very nice, it was not as luxury as the first two we stayed in. Don’t get me wrong, it was still wonderful, just didn’t have the nice HUGE walk-in shower in master bath, no fan for bedroom, semi-dated furniture. But the location is awesome! The property is great! The ocean views are to die for.... We’ll be back next year.
