Trash cans must remain in the garage when it isn’t a collection day. The HOA fines $100 for bins left out — this fine will be passed on to renters if it occurs during their stay.
The pool alarm is a legally required safety device. Do not impede its function in any way. If the alarm is disabled or dismantled, a $25 fee will be charged to the guest upon departure to restore it.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental. The camera faces the driveway/front of house.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
