This is a clean, spacious and very cool place if you are looking to stay downtown. Lots of room and walking distance to tons of cool restaurants, bars, etc. It's loud at night but we anticipated that given it is above a bar. The only negative was the slow communication with the owner which was much slower than should be expected for a property at this price point.

Outside of the bar noise in the evening it was a great place to stay. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the instructions were easy to follow. The only thing about the communication was that we reached out to the owner because the WiFi information on the listing wasn’t working but they never responded.The bar below the condo is very loud making difficult to sleep. The music goes until 2am but vehicles with extremely loud music went by throughout the weekend. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance and the river walk is close too.

The condo was very nice but communication was minimal.

The condo was great, clean updated appliances and bathrooms. It was right downtown which we were looking for the weekend, so it was perfect. However the host was very unresponsive. We parked in the designated parking spot that was in the check in instructions, and a taillight on our car was damaged. Not blaming the host at all, but unfortunately when we tried to contact them to see if we could get any more information on what might’ve happened on the incident (there are security cameras on the building facing the parking lot) the host never got back to us which was pretty disappointing.

Pros: Excellent location, very spacious rooms and bathrooms, good quality beds and furniture. Convenient parking.Cons: Late night party downstairs, shake entire building. If you want to sleep before midnight, it can be an issue. 45 steps to climb, no elevator - could be an issue for elderly. Following things can be fixed by hosts immediately. Kitchen is not equipped with enough spoons and forks. Missing butter knives, pots and pans. No toaster oven. Missing garbage in one of the bathroom. Tried to reach host via phone and messages, during and before the stay. No response.

This was a great unit and was exactly what we needed for 3 guys. This was not in the best part of town. I did not get a code to enter the unit until late in the evening, but it seems like the lock wasn't set anyways. The welcoming instructions overall were not great. The smoke detector also started beeping in the middle of the first night and we could not turn it off. It stopped beeping the next day, but not sure if someone fixed it or not. Other than this the unit was in great shape and worked well for what we needed.

Review

The positives were that the place was very nice and very spacious. The location is great with plenty of bars and restaurants very close. The negatives were that the communication wasn't the best. Messages through the app went unanswered and I had to ask three times for the door codes before checking in. A little worrying not knowing if I'd be unable to get in and have to look for a replacement at the last minute. Other small details were multiple empty bottles of soap/ shampoo in the shower, unplugged cable box, no batteries in the remote etc.As far as the noise from the club until 2am, it's definitely noticeable, but with some white noise on the thy back bedroom, I had no problem sleeping.

6/10Pros- clean bright modern space. Very roomy and comfortable. Good location to restaurants/shopping Fiserv center.Cons - sadly the cons outweigh the positives. POOR communication from owner/manager of unit. No response to multiple messages regarding code to check in which we finally were able to get an hour before check-in (Had to contact VRBO for help). Parking instructions very unclear. Fortunately, somebody who works the lot helped us. (be aware They also use this lot when there are Bucks games at the Fiserv Center). No linen on two of the beds and none available in the room. Two very steep lengthy flights upstairs to get to the room so if you are limited mobility look elsewhere. There’s a club downstairs and you’ll hear music until 2:30am on the weekends.

Great location, clean and well maintained. Owner worked with me to get a 2nd parking stall (for a fee which is expected). Quick walk to Fiserv and short walk to Water Street on the East Side of the River.
