We truly loved our stay! We were in town for our daughter's wedding at the yacht club, which is close by. The unit is beautiful and spacious, near the lake and a park across the street. We look forward to staying here again!
Our stay was made super easy by great communication by the property manager. All beds were comfortable and the entire place was clean. The location was perfect for our needs. I would recommend this rental to all.
Five College friends stayed for three nights. Everyone asked how I found such a gem. The space was so conducive for gathering and talking. It was a perfect spot for us. No one wanted to leave today. The space really contributed to the wonderful time we had.
Loved this location and property. Tons of space. Wasn’t clear on how to control the heat and it was kind of hot.

Thank you for your kind review, Beth! I'm so glad you loved your stay. I'm sorry you found the place a little too warm in December - there are individual radiator units in each room that can be turned down to adjust the heat as desired. Next time, please reach out if you have questions about anything and we are more than happy to help. Looking forward to your next visit.
Condo met our needs. The kitchen is especially nice. The Knick Restaurant on the first floor of the property is convenient - the food and service are both good.
We loved the Knickerbocker! The space we had was amazing and fit the needs of the family flying in fora wedding nearby. The character of the unit was unique and welcoming. The food at the on site restaurant was consistently perfect as well
We travel to Milwaukee every year for Irish Fest and this apartment is by far our best yet! My husband, son and close family friend had plenty of room, enjoyed the beautiful views and appreciated a very well stocked kitchen. We hope to be back in August 2024!
We had a great stay - location is perfect. :) The condo was clean and the host was very responsive. One of the air conditioners wasn’t working properly and she had it replaced the same day I notified her. Restaurant downstairs also has excellent food. There were 7 of us and had plenty of space to spread out and relax.
Great location and condo.
Would strongly recommend dimmers throughout on all the chandeliers and sconces. Would make for beautiful ambiance at night, which was a miss from our perspective. ✌

Thank you so much, Brian! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you also for the suggestion about the dimmers. Most of the lights in the condo are on dimmers, but there are still a few switches that we could change to have this feature. It's a great idea and we will look into making this improvement so you can enjoy it next time.
Four young women very much enjoyed their stay in MKE thanks to this property. The space of this unit was unreal, so much room! The location can't be beat, so close to the beautiful lake Michigan and many bars/restaurants.
We ate all of our meals out so can't say much about that...If you are planning on cooking at home, I'd make sure they have what you need before buying groceries. Honestly, lots of the kitchen supplies looked old/worn.

Thank you so much for the kind review, Kacie. We are so glad you loved the location and our spacious accommodations. We always welcome feedback and ways to improve. We have a large kitchen with a lot of cabinets and I wonder if you didn’t see all of the supplies, which are plentiful. We did just do a complete inventory and reorganization of our kitchen supplies after receiving your feedback. Thank you and please come again!
Nice location to attend show at Marcus Center.
Easy access to the Hop streetcar to access 3rd ward.
Kitchen could use nicer cook ware and a few more amenities like foil, plastic wrap, more paper towels.
Bathroom could use hooks to hang towels and some bars of soap and Kleenex tissues.

Thank you for staying with us, Geraldine. We always welcome suggestions on how to improve. I wish you had asked me about these things though - the kitchen is large and has multiple drawers and cabinets with cookware, as well as a drawer with plastic wrap and foil. The pantry also has extra paper towels. Each bathroom also has special towel bars on the shower. We provide complimentary bar soap and hand soap.
We had a 3-day visit to take in Doors Open Milwaukee and absolutely loved our stay at this ondo in the Knick. It was pristine and spacious, even more so than the pictures implied. Betsy was impressively responsive. We loved the location close to the lake and the steetcar (something we failed to use but noted its convenience for future visits. Loved the restaurant downstairs as well. We didn't really cook so can't assess the cookware but everything we needed was there for chaceuterie gatherings. Just a great time for friends to gathered from points in Michigan and D.C.
