No parties & no unauthorized guests are allowed. Pets are not permitted. No smoking inside the condo. Please do not rearrange the furniture.

Upon arrival, if you notice any damage or if anything breaks, please notify the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damage fees, and you may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and be reported to VRBO.
