Co-Host will meet you and greet you at the Home or at Office located at 6 Boulevard Seaside Height NJ 08751. All rentals need to sign rental agreement rules, No parties or additional guest are allowed, agreement states number of badges and any required returnable items were issued and to be returned at check out.

Rental Rule Agreement

We want you to have a pleasant stay. To Guarantee
Everyone an Enjoyable visit there are a few rules and regulations. Failure to comply will terminate your rental with NO refunds.
1.-This property cannot be leased by a parent or guardian to then leave unattended minors to celebrate any party, a 25+ year old must have the full intention to remain in the property for the whole stay, otherwise rental will be terminated and no refund will be issued.
1a.- I __________________________ will be held personally and financially liable for any loss of revenue due to mercantile licensing removal, ban or any action done from any governmental body that stems due to non-compliance with the Seaside Heights township STRP rules that my rental/my guest/members of my group cause and stem from my stay at this property.
2. - Minors are strictly forbidden to drink alcoholic beverages anywhere on
our property, according to Seaside Heights ordinance #17-37.
3. - Room occupancy is limited to REGISTERED GUEST only. All guests must visibly
display wristbands. Lost wristbands have a cost of $95 per night per person.
4. - Loud or abusive language and loud radios not allowed.
6. - No smoking inside your unit , If smoking occurs during your stay a $500.00 Cleaning fee
will be billed to your account.
7.- We understand that NO parties shall take place at any point, this is a family oriented property.
8.- Late Check out will be charged at a rate of $50 per 15 min.
8a.- Landlord has provided____Beach Badges , ______Parking Permits and ______ key fobs for the above referenced rental. Tenant agrees to pay a replacement fee of $125 per beach badge ,$650 per parking permit and $75 per fob if the items are not returned by 11 am the day of the check-out. Beach Badges and Parking Permit will be considered missing and a replacement fee will be charged if the items are not returned by 11am the day of the checkout. Late returns will not be accepted. Items should be left on the kitchen counter unless otherwise instructed.
9. – This property is privately owned, and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guest or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
We understand that the rules and regulations will be enforce at the discretion of
the MANAGEMENT. Any disregard of the rules will results in eviction.
IF EVICTED ALL RENTAL MONEY AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.
