Come relax in our home at 18 Bunker Lane. This home is the perfect place for golfers, skiers, and families. Enjoy 7 ensuite bedrooms for up to 18 guests, a fabulous view of the 3rd hole on the Woodland Golf course, and everything you need for a great getaway! And feel free to bring your EV - we've got a level 2 charger in the garage for you to make sure your car is ready to go on your adventures in Central Oregon.

THE SPACE\\
Welcome to 18 Bunker Lane! Our home is ready for you and your friends or family to enjoy a fabulous adventure in Sunriver. You can stay cool with our AC for summer and feel toasty warm with heat and a beautiful fireplace in the living room for winter.

ACTIVITIES\\
16 SHARC passes are available for pool fun for the whole group! These passes also give you access to the boat launch, disc golf, and the tennis/pickleball courts! You'll find pickleball rackets/balls in our garage that you can take to local courts.

Explore the trails in Sunriver with bikes and a kids bike trailer.

Spend your free time time playing foosball (bunk room), ping pong, darts, or cornhole (garage).

Enjoy the winter wonderland on a sled or with a snowball fight!

Spend some time relaxing in the hot tub for the perfect unwind.

Sleeps 16-18 guests comfortably. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

Each of the 5 King suites has its own attached bathroom with heated floors.

Enjoy 1 Queen suite with an attached bathroom with the best view in the house.

Have a blast in the bunk room with 2 Twin over Full bunk beds with it's own bathroom. There's even a foosball table if you want to challenge your bunkmates to a game!

Each bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with heated floors for added comfort.

Start your day with a cup of tea or coffee overlooking the 3rd hole of Woodlands Golf Course.

Chill your drinks in the wet bar fridge so they are ready to enjoy at the end of your day.

If you enjoy cooking, you'll love our double oven/8 burner Wolf gas range. We've got table service for 24, pots & pans, and 2 dishwashers to ensure you can cook as often as you'd like!

If cooking isn't your thing, the Sub-Zero fridge has plenty of space for snacks and the freezer has plenty of space for ice cream or other frozen treats! And the microwave drawer makes a great bag of popcorn.

Keep cooking your way out to the deck with our Weber grill. The view of the golf course while you're cooking is fabulous!

INDOOR/OUTDOOR LIVING\\
Enjoy the seamless transition between indoor and outdoor space with a 15' accordion door opening from the living room to the deck.

Relax in the living room with a 75" TV, fireplace, and games for entertainment.

If you find you need to stay connected to the outside world, a 32" monitor is available for your work or entertainment needs.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY TOUCHES\\
Kids are welcome in our home! You'll find games, toys, and books available, as well as a high chair and pack and play.

Bathrooms are equipped with stepstools for little adventurers.

GARAGE\\
Grab a bike or a sled for some outdoor fun.

We've got ping pong, cornhole, darts, and 4 pickleball sets (for use on Sunriver pickleball courts).

Charge your electric vehicle with our Level 2 EV charger.

For guest safety and property protection there are security cameras on the property. Guest privacy is important to us! Cameras cover the exterior of the house ONLY for safety purposes and no cameras have a view of hot tub or back deck table.

Such an amazing stay!

The home was large enough for our family reunion. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. The home was very clean and organized. The outdoor and indoor amenities were wonderful. Wonderful house!

We had 4 generations, the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms luxurious.The kitchen had everything we needed, and room for everyone to eat together. The back porch had extra seating and a nice view of the golf course. We used the included bikes to ride around the resort. The pool passes were also utilized by the family. We also used the BBQ. We were very happy with the property. The location was quiet

Perfect Extended Family Vacation

Beautiful, well equipped home for us to gather our family. Everyone appreciated having their own bathrooms, and adult siblings did not mind sharing huge king size beds. Corn hole, ping pong, pool access (water slides & lazy river!), hot tub, huge upstairs balcony (for those who brought books), and the great room provided much joy for our 3 generations of family coming together! :) :) :)

Great home for our large family

All of the bedrooms and en suite bathrooms were large and luxurious. The kitchen with high end appliances and a large refrigerator and freezer, plenty of pots and pans and dishware/silverware, glasses and coffee cups. The coffee maker large enough to prevent continual new brews. The included bikes and pool passes were utilized and gave extra activities for us to do. Plenty of seating and a big BBQ that we used. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. Quiet location and privacy.

Big beautiful house we all loved!

This was such a big, beautiful house! Our whole family loved it! There was lots of space for everyone? Kids included. We loved all the king beds and private baths. The large cook stove, two dishwashers, large fridge and beverage cooler were great for a big group. The kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the upper and lower decks. There was plenty of comfortable seating indoors for everyone. And the heated bathroom floors were very luxurious. It felt clean and new. We would all stay again! One great highlight about staying at this end of sunriver is you are very close to Benham Falls and trails to the Lava Lands. Thanks again for the stay!

A week of luxury & comfort

Our family of 14 had a wonderful stay at 18 Bunker Lane! We loved the comfy beds, the bathroom for every bedroom, and the large gathering space for meals and games. There were big dressers to unpack our clothing into, plenty of necessities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washing machine and dishwasher pods, a good start on toilet paper and paper towels. The pantry is large for storing food and kitchen supplies. There was a keurig type coffee maker that could also make a pot of coffee which got a lot of use. We loved the beverage fridge for freeing up space in the main fridge, and having two dishwashers was really nice as well. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings, which was crystal clear and the perfect temp. We played many games of cornhole and enjoyed ping pong battles when not out for a bike ride around the river loop or to Benham Falls, paddle boarding at the lake, floating the river, or having pickleball tournaments at Fort Rock Park…oh, and we can’t forget a float in the lazy river at SHARC aquatic center. Nicole was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had a whole family of deer hanging out in the backyard. It was fun to watch the golfers go by and navigate the sand traps. One thing you should know about the neighborhood is the neighbors keep a watchful eye…so be sure not to ride bikes on their driveways and also be sure to keep all 4 wheels of your vehicle on the driveway. Our week went by way too fast. We would definitely stay here again!
