Mid-Century Modern Mountain Getaway

We greatly enjoyed the location, the decor, the amenities and the fenced in yard for our furry friend. Chris was great to work with and check in/out was easy. Easily sleeps 6 and the jacuzzi is a lovely touch.

Tierra Grau asked for Full credit due to minor clean (little stain on glass and a few crumbs within sink). We told her kindly that we can have our team handle that but she would not allow us to fix those items. She checked out and stayed at a hotel. She messaged us at midnight. I reached out to VRBO to ask best next steps and they insisted to not reach back out because she was threatening us and accusing my team. Very difficult guest that would not stop until she received refund. We did everything to help and my team did a thorough check and was not deserving of the credit she requested. Very disappointing and frustrating. VRBO reviewed photos and said "this was not deserving of credit; Let us handle her."

TreeLicious needs some repairs and Property Management team was no friendly nor responsive. Note, the fireplace is gas, do not bring or buy wood. Deck is super small and yard is not properly enclosed so if you have dog, keep an eye at all times.

Relaxing stay

We stayed 13 nights with our two small dogs. My main search criteria was a king size bed and a fenced yard. We got that and so much more. The jacuzzi was big and clean, the neighborhood was peaceful and the home was perfectly comfy. The kitchen had everything I needed, including coffee makers, air fryer, gas range, etc. We used the gas grill twice, and it was in great shape. The washer and dryer came in really handy on our long stay. My partner officed out of the upstairs bedroom when he needed to get some work done. The weather was perfect while we were there, so we had no need for fans but they were available had we needed them.We were sad to return to the Texas heat, and would gladly stay at this property again.
