The home is just 5 blocks from the soft sands and swimmable surf of Cerritos Beach in Pescadero, Baja California Sur, Mexico and one hour driving from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). Details abound and the home is balanced amongst the elements to create powerful experiences and lifelong memories. Acueducto offer multi-generational families, groups, and retreats a luxurious stay by immersing groups within the spirit of Baja and its the dramatic landscapes. It is a truly special place to vacation, dive deep, and adventure. This is a new story in hospitality and Acueducto invites you to add your chapter of Baja magic to the guest book.
The home can very comfortably sleep 14 guests across the property's four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Property amenities include a private oasis pool, chef's kitchen, AC in every bedroom, Starlink wifi, curated art throughout, gardens & an orchard, gated parking, an off-grid solar power system, and laundry equipment!
As a purpose built hospitality experience; families, groups, and retreats will all be comfortable. It is a truly special place to connect, align, and get curious.

A hidden gem in the modern world!
Why they chose this property
Cerritos Beach is such an incredible stretch of sand AND swimmable. Oh... plus it has great waves and is a surfer's paradise. The community of Pescadero has a youthful and authentic feel, while nearby Todos Santos is not to be missed. It is a Pueblo Magico and is full of colonial history, great art, amazing food, and local charm.
