Escape to our beautiful Cape Cod retreat in Bourne, the first town over the bridge. This charming single-family home offers cozy living spaces perfect for game nights and cocktails. Gather around the wood-burning fireplace on the stone patio or under the charming pergola, complete with comfortable seating and a chandelier. Enjoy easy access to Barlows Landing Beach or take a short drive to Old Silver Beach, all while avoiding high-season traffic.

This 3-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. With one bedroom on the first floor and two on the second, everyone can enjoy their own space. The private office has been converted into a twin sleeping area on the first floor for added flexibility. The cozy eat-in kitchen invites you to savor morning coffee or prepare meals in a welcoming atmosphere. The first floor features a walk-in shower, while the second floor includes a shower/tub combo for convenience.
