Great space. Anything you might need was provided. We really appreciated the wagon, beach towels and umbrella for our beach day. Lots of spaces to charge phones. Bunk room had reading lights. We appreciated being able to set the temperature in each room. Short walk into town/main beaches. We also enjoyed several of the games.

The place is great. Perfect for what we needed. Clean!!! Stairs to bedrooms are steep. For older folks could pose a challenge. However, the hosts are fantastic, responsive and the place was perfect location for us to be able to do Boston and Cape Cod while we were there. Completely updated. Only other minor thing…the addresses on that street don’t go in order…GPS systems had a hard time figuring it out.

Hi, I’m Ashley! I’m a proud Massachusetts native, veteran, and dog-mom who’s always had a love for creating warm, welcoming spaces where people can relax and make memories. My sisters and I grew up as kids visiting my Nonna’s beach house near Swifts Beach in Wareham. We fell in love with Onset’s charm and beach-town vibe, and we’re thrilled to share that feeling with our guests.

I truly enjoy hosting—it gives me the chance to connect with people from all walks of life and help them have a smooth, comfortable, and memorable stay. Whether you're here to explore the Cape, unwind by the beach, or just escape for a few days, I want you to feel at home from the moment you walk in the door.

Your comfort matters to me, and I’m always just a message away if you need anything during your stay!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because Onset has that rare, nostalgic New England beach town charm that’s hard to find anymore. It’s peaceful, family-friendly, and full of character—yet still vibrant and walkable with everything close by.

The scene is a dream: you can hear seagulls and waves in the distance, walk barefoot to the beach with your morning coffee, and catch breathtaking sunsets over the harbor in the evening. Neighbors say hi as they stroll by, kids ride their bikes down quiet streets, and there’s always a salty breeze in the air.

What we love most is how relaxed and welcoming it feels. The beach is just around the corner, local restaurants serve up fresh seafood, and summer nights are filled with music and laughter from the nearby bandstand or pier events. It’s a place where time slows down—and where families, couples, and friends can truly unwind.

What makes this property unique

Onset Ocean Escape stands out for its perfect blend of coastal charm, modern comfort, and family-friendly design—located less than 500 feet from the shoreline. Our fully renovated home offers guests the true convenience of a beach getaway without sacrificing comfort or style.

What makes us unique:

Built-in bunk beds that kids love and families appreciate for maximizing space.
Pet-friendly with thoughtful touches that welcome your four-legged family members.
Stylish coastal decor that matches the vibe of a relaxing seaside retreat.
Modern amenities like air conditioning, smart TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Family-focused layout that comfortably accommodates groups while giving everyone room to relax.
Prime walkable location near the beach, village shops, restaurants, and the pier.
It’s more than just a vacation rental—it’s a welcoming, memory-making home base for your Cape Cod experience.
