The building had so much unique history of the Pabst Bottling company. So cool.

The location is excellent, and having a food court in the building was a plus. Parking is off-site, but only a block or so away from the building entrance, and there is a loading zone in front of the building.

The location is great, and the basic setup is great. The two bedrooms with two beds in each worked great for us. The host is great with communication. There were lots of good amenities like storage and things supplied. The down side was that the finishes and furniture were very cheap and some were in bad shape. The bathroom faucet was loose and wobbled on the counter. The kitchen cabinets were showing water damage and were made of particle board. The chairs and beds were squeaky. The air was not controlled in the apartment and was ok overall, but a blower over the living room made it uncomfortably cold when watching tv. The shower had low water pressure and no shelves for soap or shampoo. Overall it was fine, but not amazing.
