The host was timely with responses and was accommodating and the amenities were also in good condition. The unit is a bit short of what you would call luxury and is need of updating and we stayed there during one the coldest weeks in Miami’s history and the heat did not work so that part was extraordinary to be needing heat in Miami and the dining room table was damaged prior to us being there that we had to prop up with suitcases but with that said the unit did the trick and served purpose for staying on Collins Ave. and will not cause for disappointment if you what the unit was before booking
